Title: The only Slow Cooker Cookbook you will ever need to own.
Review: Bravo and many thanks to Beth Henspenger for this fabulous "Not your Mother's Slow Cooker Cookbook".This truly is the only slow cooker cookbook anyone will ever need.It has a multitude of explanations and tips, conversion charts, timing techniques and so much more.It is just so filled with help, explanations and every type of slow cooker question is well addressed for either a newbie, or advanced cook. What I also love is all the recipes in this cookbook are for all sizes of slow cookers, and all sizes of crock pots .Also they are marked as such which is great, because you can get the largest size cooker you want and still prepare sides and foods for small, medium, and large slow cooker/crock pots. The recipes are so easy to understand, and the ingredients are normal ingredients you can find everywhere, and probably already have many in your pantry.I have small, medium, and large slow cookers and crock pots as well as the 4 in 1 Ninja multi cooker which is also a steamer cooker and slow cooker, so all the recipes I made with this book have satisfied 1 to 2 people, 3 to 4 people, as well as 6 to 8 people, so everyone loved the end results. This is the second book I bought since the 1st one was borrowed and unfortunately never returned to me when the person moved and left no forwarding information, so now lesson learned and I no longer loan out my cookbooks. Also cooking for a crowd is wonderful with this slow cooker cookbook, and I really very highly recommend it.

Title: Great mix of traditional and non-traditional meals
Review: I bought this cookbook after some research because I get tired of all the slow cooker recipes basically being pasta or overcooked chicken. This had some regular slow cooker meals that were really tasty, but they had a ton of non-traditional meals from a variety of cuisines (Indian, Mexican, Chinese, Italian, Irish, etc.) that were fantastic. They had so much flavor and moisture and were such a welcome addition from the traditional dishes. Some of my favorites include the Irish Lamb Stew, Turkey Thigh and Hominy Chili, 1234 Chili, Smoky Pork, and Oscar's Posole (add a couple cans of beans to beef this dish up). For someone that depends a lot on their slow cooker, this is a must.

Title: Great recipes
Review: My accountant recommended this book as she used several of the recipes. I like the simplicity of the recipes and I too have tried several. They all turned out great. I will never cook a turkey meatloaf in the oven again. I didnât give this 5 stars because I like pictures and there arenât any, but donât let that deter you. I now use my crock pot even when Iâm home all day. Worth every penny.

Title: Cookbook
Review: This is a great cookbook if you want numerous recipes broken down by various categories (appetizers, chicken, beef, chili, etcetera). I was looking for more of a single spot recipe for dinners.

Title: Very helpful
Review: Well written and up to date on equipment. Many of these books reference microwave ovens far less powerful than contemporary ones.

Review: This book covers so much when it comes to slow cooking. So much information about the topics and recipes. As Iâve not used a slow cooker before, this was a perfect book to help me understand a whole lot about the processes. Information about different types of cookers and what they do, and the measurement guide is very helpful.
