Title: Nice small crockpot
Review: It came on time the units bottom was dented but it works so I kept it, if it last a few years I will be happy. I love the size perfect for 2-4 people, like that it's not as heavy as my big one which makes it easier to clean. The quality seems good as I use it daily during hot weather. I love that at the end of cooking time it will automatically switch to warm and after 14 hours will automatically shut off. None of my old ones automatically shut-off so this was a big plus for my purchase. I purchased reusable liner as my poor hands can't scrub alot anymore and it's perfect for this unit. Although the crock is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. I started to give it 4 stars for the dents but it doesn't but it doesn't stop it from functioning as it should. Very nice crockpot

Title: I purchased this from “Amazon Resale”
Review: I am delighted that i purchased this from Amazon “Resale”. Someone must have returned it because of it getting damaged during shipping the package was really bad. There was a dent on the exterior shell on the back of the item. Not really significant damage. Nothing that would make it not useable. Other than that. It works perfectly.This crock-pot is a nice size. Probably too big for myself and my child. But there are times I like to make “a lot” of stuff then have leftovers that I can freeze and reheat for easy meals. I LOVE that it has a timer on it, so that even if I forget to set a timer for 8 hours or forget to look at a clock when I start cooking this keeps track of the time for you. When the timer is done, it moves right to “keep warm”. The lid fits perfect. No wobbling, no gaps. I couldn’t ask for a better crockpot, for under $30. What a great & lucky find.Don’t forget to check out Amazon resale before you buy your next “gotta have” thing. If you’re looking for perfection, sure buy new. If you’re looking to save a significant amount of money and are okay with something having minimal, superficial damage check it out.

Title: Sticking with a known winner
Review: The crock on my last Hamilton Beach slow cooker finally wore out and since I wanted a slightly bigger size, I decided to order a new cooker. Since I use my cooker a lot, I decided to upgrade and I ordered and tried 2 different 'high end" cookers that looked nice and sounded like they had superior features, only to find out they did not function as well as my old Hamilton Beach. I finally ended up buying this 7qt pot and it is great.. Just like the last HB cooker was. The controls are pretty basic but super easy to operate. Select the temperature and select the number of cooking hours. My cooker automatically shifts to warm after the cooking hours are complete. Mine sat in warm mode for at least 6 hours before I turned it off. Very even cooking. No burnt edges around the pot and very even cooking. The lid does not have a rubber seal, but it fit the pot well and the handles were never too hot to touch. The outside of the cooker does get quite hot, but all cookers I have used get hot on the outside. This pot does everything I need, it is easy to use and easy to clean up, it cooks evenly and warms up quick. It automatically shifts to warm mode and the Food came out perfect. And it is a very good price. I loved having the extra room for veggies

Title: The electrical unit is severely dented.
Review: I do like the size and shape (oval), especially the many options to choose from, but the outer electrical part was severely dented. Since I need a slow cooker right now, I decided to ask for a replacement and try to use it as it is until the replacement arrives. Hopefully, it works without problems and the replacement part comes quick.Thanks to Customer Service of Amazon: it was amazing that a new cooker arrived after only two days. Again a little dents in the new unit, but I decided to keep it, since it’s working.0 For the price of the product, I think I’ve done enough. I’ve bought many Hamilton Beach products over the years and never had issues, so I will keep buying this brand. I do appreciate for the fast services Amazon provided to me on this matter. Thank you.RevisedThe replacement unit also had some small dent inside the outer unit, but it works, so I decided to keep it. Use the slow cooker almost daily. It’s nice to prepare the pot before going to bed and have nice warm breakfast ready to eat in the morning. Without worrying about turning it off in the middle of the night.

Title: Broke quick
Review: We bought this slow cooker less than a month ago off Amazon we were able to make two meals now it doesn't heat up anymore... ridiculousUPDATE:We had this identical model for 12 years+ and this new order was to replace it. I was upset after the new one broke after 2 uses, BUT I emailed customer service, got a response back within 2 hours, and a new one was sent quick. Now I really hope this one lasts like the first and I believe it will.I'm very pleased with the customer service, response time, and the cooker as long as it works. Thanks Hamilton Beach

Review: Maybe a bit larger than we needed, as we seldom fill it, but this crock pot has been a treasure in our house since we got it. It's easy to use and clean and it even keeps your dinner warm if you're still getting home from somewhere. Once the cycle you set has completed (for example, 4 hours on HIGH), it automatically switches to "warm" so your dinner is neither stone cold nor burned. 10/10 would recommend!

Review: la compré porque tengo una de la misma marca pero mas chica. Y está la usé para hacer un caldo de huesos, la programé en LOW por 8 horas y salió todo muy bien, el tamaño es genial para comidas de 3-4 personas, fácil de lavar y limpiar, manejo de opciones con botones fáciles de identificar. Solo cuidado al lavar el contenedor de cerámica porque si se quiebra es dificil encontrar repuesto, me pasó con el modelo de tamaño mas chico.

Review: Used this right away and had no issues. Item arrived quickly and cooks things perfectly. You can set the time in two-hour increments up to 10 hours, and then switched to warm once the desired cook time is reached. The handle on the lid became loose, but I just had to tighten it and had no further issues. Definitely recommend, at this price point you can't go wrong!
