Review: I wanted to wait to do this review. I’ve made quite a few meals in this so far. I love my crock pots and was sad when my previous one died. So far— all my meals have been cooked hot and temp well. Nothing has broken. It did arrive with a tiny tiny dent on the rim..to me that’s no big deal. It came with the baggies (I haven’t used them yet). The temperature part is easy to figure out. Power—it automatically goes to low for 8 hours. You can easily switch it to hot and switch the time pushing the little arrows up and down. After the time is done, it automatically goes to Warm for 2 hours. I can let this cook all day at work and come home and food not be burnt. So far So great. I love it. In fact I’m going to make my Easter ham in it.

Title: Perfect Size
Review: I needed a larger slow cooker and wanted a programmable one. This is great. Perfect size and goes to warm once the cooking time is done. I recommend it.

Title: Nice working crock pot
Review: It works great but do not put the lid in the dishwasher. First time I used it and washed it the chrome came off the handle you can see in picture. For the price thought the material quality would have been better. But as far as cooking it is great and easy to use.

Title: This is garbage; it wont cook
Review: Beautiful crock pot, 8 quart, nice and large, however, I tried cooking a nice pot of chili today. After cooking 4 hours on high, I take the lid off, and the food is cooking, somewhat, I take a big spoon and dip some into a bowl expecting it to be HOT, and it is NOT.... It is Just warm!!!! I take a food thermometer and check the temperature of the food in the crock pot, and it is only 150 degrees Fahrenheit. I check the setting, yes it is on high, and it has been cooking for 4 hours. I take the food out of the cooker, and clean the pot, and put 2" of just plain water in the ceramic bowl and put it back in the crock put cooker and turn it on high and set it for 4 hours.....

Review: We used it a half dozen times in the last 9 months making chili, wings, chicken & beef roast. It was working good the first time but each time we used it afterwards the power (on HIGH) decreased as it took longer and longer to cook. It took 5 hours to fully cooked chili the first time we used this slow cooker. I started the chili around 1 pm yesterday and 18 hours later, the red kidney beans are still not fully cooked. I wished I had bought a slow cooker at Costco where I can still return after this length of time.
