Title: Really Helpful
Review: My chiropractor had been administering laser treatments on my knees for the past month and it's been quite helpful (meniscus injuries, one bone on bone). I purchased this device for in between treatments at home when I overuse my old knees. Although it doesn't have the intensity and power of the professional laser, it does relieve some of the pain and takes the edge off of overuse discomfort. I've also used it to relieve inflammation and therefore pain in tissues surrounding other joint and spinal issues, until I can get in for an appointment. I did show the information to my chiropractor before I purchased and he said that the laser features (wavelengths and diode output) were decent and safe for non-professional use.I still have not received the portable carry-case but have been in touch with the provider who is to send one from their manufacturing facility.

Review: Easy to use. Get about 2.5 hr of treatment out of a charge.My chiropractor has used red light therapy for years. Always helped. Bought this one as it was very similar to that unit.Works just as well. Relief/improvement occurs after continued and routine use.

Title: This really works to help relieve pain!
Review: I use this device on me a for my dog who I really bought this for in the first place. My dog, I call him my boy, is elderly and has pain in his lower back where it meets the pelvis. After a year of suffering and all kinds of treatments at the doctors and specialists in neurology and including acupuncture, THIS is the one treatment device that is showing results and giving us hope to come out of the woods when it comes to pain. I also tried it on my knee that has had pain from a pulled tendon and I'm experience relief for myself also. Great invention and with an instruction manual that gives insight into how and why it works and how to use it. Great invention and highly recommend.

Title: love this device
Review: I bought this product for my elderly, arthritic big dog. It seems to help him quite a bit. Things like this are hard to quantify but his everyday life seems a little less difficult after a couple days of using it twice a day or so on his hips and legs. I also am using it on my own shoulder and again, after a couple days using it twice a day, my shoulder is feeling surprisingly solid. I would recommend to a friend for both human and veterinary use. Mine works exactly as it should and I am impressed with it's battery life.

Review: The device works great, it’s been used on a sprained knee, sprained ankle, shoulders with calcification tendinitis & bursitis. There is one glitch, even when fully charged it will not turn on unless plugged in. Once turned on while plugged in it can be unplugged and used on battery. It’s an annoying glitch in an otherwise great device.

Review: took it out ,charged it and used it for 20 minutes,tried again wouldnt not come on agaian pressed the botton and upper button to no avail ,plugged it in and the unit goes back on after doing this used for 20minutes,agaian unit does not go on. smothing is wrong with it switches or battery as i cant use it by itself without plugging in
