Title: Love this cookbook!
Review: Amazing recipes! Whenever I bring out this cookbook my husband gets excited and says he knows I'm about to make something delicious. I think I might buy another one for my coworker that also loves Indian food. For the people asking what to replace fenugreek leaves with, use powder instead, that's what I do. The amounts don't have to be perfectly accurate with the spices because in India, my mother in law doesn't use any measuring cups/spoons and just tosses in the spices. Learn to cook with your vision, taste test, adjust for your taste.

Title: Urgent questions for the author!
Review: I purchased this book on Amazon, but now find that ALL the recipes only serve 2! It is a waste of my time to cook just for one meal - I need to multiply each recipe by 3 (i.e. to serve 6 people).Do I triple all the ingredients, even the liquid, and triple even the time to pressure cook? I do not want to waste time redoing a recipe. Please ask the author to get back to me via Amazon, asap, to let me know. Many of the recipes call for Fresh fenugreek leaves. I have called some of the Indian stores close to me and none of them have fresh fenugreek leaves! Is there a substitute? Thanks.
