Review: First of all, I like the quality and non slip surface on both sides. I clean a lot of fish and having a good holding surface is important. I have been using this board for over a month on a variety of meat and vegetables. No wear at all visible. Sturdy yet light enough to carry around. Good board all around.

Title: Best cutting board ever, but beware of hot pizza!!!
Review: UPDATE!! I had to remove a couple stars when I realized you cannot put a hot pizza on this cutting board. That's one of the most common uses of my cutting board and unfortunately I'll have to get another wooden board for pizza. It will warp because of the heat. I put one pizza on it and now it is slightly deformed. So beware of hot items, but otherwise no complaints.This cutting board is great.It is exactly 1/2 inch thick as described. It looks good. Easy to clean. Both sides have a grippy texture to keep food from sliding around, but it is still easy to clean. I wanted this large size to use over the sink. I had enough of wood and bamboo cutting boards that crack and have to be taken care of properly. This thing requires no care. Should last forever. And it was much cheaper than a wood cutting board too.

Title: The Best Cutting Board Ever
Review: I like this cutting board in all aspects. I bought it for cutting raw meats, (ie. beef tenderloin, spatchcocking chickens, octopus -- you name it)! The surface allows some tension between the food and the board enabling me to cut the meat without chasing it around the table. My knives won't scratch the surface, neither are they damaged from the surface.Cleaning is easy: Dawn dishwashing liquid, hot water and a kitchen brush. The price is good, American-made and appears to have been designed to last a lifetime. I own two now to help preserve the surfaces of my Boos butcher block tables.

Review: This is a must have for anyone who likes to cook. Anti fungal and bacterial easy on your knives, huge surface area, large enough for a 30 lb turkey and then some. This is used by restaurants and commercial kitchens. You can’t go wrong having one in your kitchen. (Cleaning can be cumbersome) but that is a small price to pay for having a large cutting surface. Great for people who hunt also!

Review: I ordered this because of it's size, to me it's not just a cutting board but also a work surface. Some reviewers say that the material is soft and sharp knives will leave marks on the surface, that maybe so, however I have not experienced that and if I did it would be a simple mater of fine sandpaper applied to the surface. It is some what slippery on a countertop but a piece of non skid drawer lining will solve the problem. A fabulous addition to me kitchen !
