Title: EXCELLENT
Review: i LOVE these cutting boards! I now have 5. I found them after looking for cutting boards made in the USA. My first one is over 10 years old, still looks great. These are dishwasher safe, you can use your good knives on them, they are very flat so they don't wobble, they are thin so they don't take up too much room and are very light, they are classy and make great platters for hors d'oeuvres. I even use them sometimes to scoop up pizzas from the oven. Throw your other cutting boards away, these are the best there is, period.

Title: Solid meal prep board .
Review: I already had a black one of these and love it . I do a lot of meal prep at home and having another workhorse like this keeps the flow going without having to stop and scrub . Mostly I just stand them up in my dishwasher for a wash. And they're ready for the next day . Or during the day an easy soapy water scrub in the sink and let air dry. Quality product . And the brown looks good . Good value

Title: Really great board
Review: This board is really easy to use, and it is washable. It works on almost all food in doesn't damage the knife unlike other cutting boards. My only comment that I have with this board is that I wish it came with more of a rubbery texture to keep the board in place while using the cutting board. But other than that the material news is awesome and I would buy again.

Title: Hides Stains and Seems Durable
Review: Our white plastic cutting boards were gentle on our expensive knives, but they developed deep scratches that were almost impossible to keep looking clean, even with scrubbing with brushes or scrub pads. I'm pretty sure the boards were sufficiently clean, they just didn't look clean. So I decided to try an Epicurean board, and I'm pretty happy with it. Of course, it gets the same scratches so I think the knives are happy. It's definitely kind of an ugly color, but it doesn't show stains (like oranges and greens) and it seems very easy to rinse or scrub clean. It does emit an odd smell the first time it is washed in hot water, but that does not continue to happen -- I wonder why they don't just wash it a few times in hot water at the factory.

Title: This belongs in the garbage. Smells like formaldehyde, a carcinogen.
Review: I am a doctor. Trying to change from plastic cutting board so bought this. Before using this board I washed it in the sink and was hit with a huge waft of formaldehyde! I have smelled this numerous times in the laboratory and in medical school so immediately recognized the smell. Formaldehyde is used it to embalm cadavers.You will see other reviews on the internet noting the formaldehyde smell and that it doesn't go away.Formaldehyde causes cancer, particularly leukemia.According to the National Cancer Institute, it is used in building materials such as particleboard, plywood, and other pressed-wood products.I threw this immediately in the trash. You should too. And don't buy this. Not even gonna process a return because I don't want to expose other people to a carcinogen.
