Review: Bought this for my daughter to wear to a "neon" theme dance. It's super-cute! Note this is just scratchy see-through tulle... You will definitely need to wear leggings or bike shorts underneath, but it's absolutely adorable for what it is.My daughter is 5'6" and wears about a size 14, and this fit her fine with plenty of room to spare. It's only mid-thigh length, but since its going over leggings, it's perfectly fine!
