Title: Super Helpful and Digestible
Review: I'm 33 and experiencing my first adult heartbreak and have almost zero skills to cope with it. We broke up 9 months ago, tried to work it out for a few of those, and now emotionally I'm back at square 1. This book is really helping me internalize not only that I WILL get through this and be a better version of myself on the other side, but that the breakup was actually a blessing... even though I was (am) so in love, it really wasn't right for me.The book is empowering, full of encouragement, and gives necessary advice. My favorite part of the workbook so far is coming up with plans to fall back on in the event that I get derailed. I got derailed *a lot* before I found Kendra (9 months of derailing!!) so I'm grateful for the safety net.This book guides you through everything that is natural to experience. Kendra has a special skill for helping you see that all your feelings are valid and deserve attention, but that you're not caring for yourself if you're only wallowing in self pity, and the best way through a breakup is to put the energy back into yourself.Also, since this isn't technically a fresh breakup for me, I've been hopping around in the workbook, prioritizing what I need the most help with. The overall flow is set up in a linear way, but it's helpful that I was able to approach it in a way that works best for me.

Title: Best Book for 2022
Review: I was in a 7 year relationship thinking the whole time we were getting married. Sold my house and lived together for 4 years. After I found a text message, I questioned him and he said, "Maybe I don't love you the way you love me"! Blindsided is just one word to use.Kendra and her Instagram page was amazing. It was like she was talking to ME!. This book actually speaks to me. Since I am a visual person, writing down my morning or evening routine makes me see it and adapt to doing it. No contact is hard, her book is easy to read and implement. The worksheets are easy and its your thoughts to write down; no wrong or write answers. She works every step that I think during this TIME. Its all baby steps until its not.

Title: Great book!!!
Review: I like that this book has tips on how to recover from a breakup. I never knew how to move on from an ex bf on my own in the past, but finding this book really helped me guide my way to recovery. I highly recommend this book 1000 percent !!!I also follow the author on Instagram and listen to her podcast on Spotify to help me with my breakup. She's great must follow her on Instagram & Spotify its called breakupbestie.

Title: Heal for Real
Review: This workbook actually gave me constructive ways to process my feelings. I feel like I actually have real tools now to work through my breakup and move forward, instead of getting stuck in the emotions. Highly recommend this workbook to anyone who is struggling or even if it's an old breakup, but you haven't fully processed it.

Review: I liked this workbook! It's very straightforward and has all the greatness I love from Kendra Allen's podcast and IG. For me (mid-30s, deep in therapy, several months into breakup recovery), I found myself skipping sections/exercises I'd already done on my own or with my therapist earlier on, or had learned from experience from earlier or more simple breakups when i was a little younger. It was still helpful for me, but I think it could be REALLY helpful for someone in the early days of a breakup who may be new to healthy coping skills.
