Title: Decent book for a Green Day fan wanting to learn
Review: This was purchased for my 11 year old son who is learning guitar. He is pleased with the book. As he learns guitar he's able to use the tabs in this book to start learning some of the riffs from his favorite songs.

Title: It's a guitar book
Review: This guitar tab book is very thorough and has the solos (not that there's many) and riffs. I can't say too much as it's, well, a guitar book. If you're a guitar playing, Green Day fan, this is a book for you!

Title: Kinda disappointed
Review: You would think with a tab booklet every song would be written in tabulature. You'd be wrong. Some songs are, some are not. I was disappointed considering Green Day's music isn't that technical. The entire book should be in tabs. Time of your life isn't in tabs either. Boo hoo.

Review: A bit vague really. Some songs don't include much tab at all. Yes has chord shapes along standard notation fine for me but would not recommend for a beginner. It's green day, their songs are easy peasy, but a beginner could do with the whole score tabbed out. Can't understand why some tunes only contain one line of tab. Do the publishers believe that's all is required ? Good choice of songs, but unfortunately only about half of them will be usable by beginners or those who can't read music notation.
