Title: No soggy pie bottom
Review: This keeps pies crispy on bottom due to the holes in the pan. It also makes it easy to just lift out of the pan from the bottom. I also use it for other baking needs. It does a great job.

Review: Looking for deep dish quiche/tart pan with removable bottom and this is great. High quality, easy to clean. I make a lot of quiches using phyllo dough and this pan lets the bottom brown, without burning. Highly recommend.

Title: It worked
Review: I used it to make my pumpkin pie. The crust was crispy with no pre baking and the pie came out of the pan. Only drawback was that it oozed a little butter while baking, so put it on a heated cookie sheet.

Review: The pan works fantastic love it but the only thing watch what kind of pie you make the filling must be very thick cause when you cut it will run all over unless you have a deep plate to put pie in after taking out of pan due to all the holes you can't keep pie in pan, otherwise absolutely wonderful love it!
