Title: Absolutely the best!
Review: This is the best deep fryer I’ve ever had. It heats up so fast. It’s not huge but has so much room. I absolutely love the little basket. I lay the lid on the basket then I insert the basket into the oil so the lid’s already in place. That way I don’t get splashed by the hot oil. I can’t see through the little window on the lid to see my food fry but it’s handy to hold onto to remove the lid from the fryer without getting burnt. I love the different temperature settings. My food fries pretty quickly so it's not soaking in oil for a long time. My only complaint is the cord comes unplugged from the fryer pretty easily. The only things I wish were different are it came with an extra basket and the color was all black.

Review: This is so easy to use. Arrived earlier tonight and used it to cook wings and they came out amazing. Heat level felt like I was cooking in a restaurant definitely has power. It is on the smaller side so before you order look at the sizing. I put about 10 wings in at a time and cooked them beautifully. Easy clean up. Overall great value for money.

Title: A very good small fryer - it was exactly what I needed
Review: The FDM1501BR OVENTE 1.5 Liter fryer hit the sweet spot for me.I measured it holding about 44 ounces of oil when filled to the ‘max’ fill line. I was easily able to fry one chicken leg at a time. I also tried some fried biscuits and carrots, no problems. This morning I cooked up some fried, fresh potatoes with very good results. The temperature control is not 100% but is much better than frying over an open gas flame. Keep in mind this is rather small. I cook for two people so it works well for me. Be aware that the dimensions might be a little misleading. They are for the outer, including handles and such. The actual base of this thing is about 7.6×7.6 inches (OD) and is about 7.1 inches tall (without the top). I specifically wanted a small fryer. For the price and functionality, yup, this is 5 stars for my use.

Review: It's pretty cute and thankfully doesn't take up too much counter space. It comes with a nice basket that isn't in my picture, but is very useful when making fries. Just don't use the basket when making something with batter because it solidifies around the basket and is a bit hard to get off. Review: I used this fryer for my daughter to fry some food once a week. It worked fine with the exception that it started to lose the interior coating at 3 months of use. Not very easy to clean. The knob got very very loose in about 3 months. At the 6 month mark, the device stopped working, did not warm the oil anymore. I contacted Ovente customer service and it took 2 weeks for them to reply, they requested some info even on my first email I sent the amazon invoice. After another 4 days of wait, I got an email saying since this is an international order (they are based in California) I have to cover $26 USD of shipping and handling, which makes around $35 CAD, half the price of this product.
