Title: Fantastic story!
Review: This book had a lot of spice and kept me turning the pages. From chapter 1, the characters hooked me. It was a fun read. Now, on to the next Nash brother!

Review: I loved this book. It has all of the best tropes - best friend's sister\ brother's best friend, a one night stand turning into something more, the denial, the third act breakup... You know what you're getting into with a book like this. You've read it many times, but it's still so good.This one is pretty spicy, and the spice is hot. Definitely worth a read.

Title: If Your In A Forgiving Mood With Low Expectations...
Review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️.2️⃣5️⃣I don't quite know what to say about this book. I'm conflicted. I want to say I low-key liked it, but on the flip side, I hated how I felt slightly dumbed down for enjoying it the little bit that I did. I'm somewhat surprised I didn't dnf it once I realized this book leaned more to the cheesy side of romances. Not only that, I read it in a single day. What is up with that?! It was undoubtedly cheesy. I think I've been in a forgiving mood as of late with the books I've been reading. Where normally I'd be more inclined to leave a harsher rating and review for a book this silly, I find myself being more lenient these days. I blame Fall. It has to be the time of year. It's my favorite and therefore near impossible for me to be in a terrible mood - even when I stumbled into a book that isn't anything I would normally tolerate.There are so many instances in this book that were cringy af. One that sticks out the most is when Ava & Garyson have their first sexual experience together. Apparently, she is a virgin, despite her being 25 and having previously been in a 5-year relationship. Massive eyeroll to that! Give me a break! And get this... Grayson won't be able to tell she is untouched because Ava has already done away with the evidence herself via a personal massager. Wtf was that?! I can't. 🤦‍♀️ Oh, but i did - I kept reading. 🤷‍♀️Still, it was a quick, lighthearted read that managed to keep me entertained enough while lounging outside on my deck... on an exquisite fall day. I'm sticking with blaming Fall for this one. There's no other excuse I can come up with to explain why I liked this the little bit I did.

Title: Sweet football romance!
Review: Grayson has a lot of trust issues when it comes to relationships but he overcomes them and SHOWS UP for Ava! I always love to see that in MMCs. It was a sweet story (some spice but not overtly descriptive) about a one night stand turned full blown fake relationship with Grayson’s best friend’s little sister. They go through some ups and downs but have a happy ending! I really enjoyed the plot, the writing and inner character dialogue was really juvenile at times which detracted from my love of the story at times but overall loved Ava and Graysons story!

Review: This is my first read by Lisa and it won’t be my last. These characters quickly captivated my attention and put me through such a journey that I was here for. Ava just ended her engagement when she finds out Grayson, her childhood crush and her brothers best friend, was traded and moved to Vegas.When she goes out, she is hoping that she will run into him, which she does, but she doesn’t expect him not to recognize her. She takes the opportunity to get to know him in a way she wouldn’t if he knew who she was. The chemistry between these two was sizzling from the start and only got hotter as the read went on.A turn of events has Grayson finding out the truth and while he is angry, when she ex starts to harass her, he can’t help but step in and claim her as his. To not rock the boat further, they decide to fake date. They start to spend more time together and Grayson starts to develop feelings that Ava had all along.Their story is anything but smooth. We are hit with such emotional moments, vulnerable confessions and the grovelling that I eat up when a main character messes up and realizes it. The support that these two characters give each other throughout this book is so special. I can’t wait for the series to continue!

Review: Wow totally awesome loved it tremendously. Grayson and Ava's love story sparks were off the chart on their first meeting.Ava had a crush on Grayson since she was a kid. Grayson felt something different with Ava never before.I tried to take my time to enjoy it a bit longer. It had everything. The suspense of what's next when will the secret get out. The emotions love laughter pain hurt trust lies etc. So detailed throughout you could envisions the words.The family bond was strong. Nash boys there for each other. The secondary characters and characters from previous stories continue to bring the town to life.Loved when Grayson's mom told him about her relationship with his dad and how she would not change anything because it gave them her boys.They both won my heart. So loving and funny they just connected. Great sex too!!Lisa once again you out did yourself. Thank you for a great series and for sharing your talent. Look forward to Spencer.
