Title: I ordered 2 and have been extremely happy with them both
Review: I use one in my bedroom and another in the living room. I lie that they are small and relatively quiet units. They do a good job of dehumidifying. Of course they can’t handle a huge space, but they work well for me and are extremely light and easy to empty. I don’t enjoy the light that is included so I simply turn that off, but if you wanted it as a nightlight, etc it seems to work well. I’m glad I purchased these after my last one gave out (another brand).

Title: The little humidifier that could
Review: This humidifier is really effective for its size and price. I bought it for my bathroom (which has no central air, only a small fan on 10ft ceiling that was recently replaced and still doesn’t do much) and I’m really impressed with how well it works, how quiet it is, and how cute it is.I’ve had it for a couple of weeks now. It fills up every other day and my bathroom feels SO much better. No more uncomfortable heat or trying to breathe water in my bathroom! The color-changing light is a pleasant bonus, so now I also have a night light in my bathroom. I highly recommend getting one if you’re looking for something to effectively reduce moisture and also blend in nicely with your home!

Title: Works but with limitations
Review: This unit is small and can easily be placed in a room without being obtrusive. The write up about the unit says it uses about 40 watts of electricity, so there will be a slight cost when in use. It does generate a tiny bit of heat. The fan has one speed and the closest comparison I can think of regarding the noise level would be the cooling fan on a laptop when it's running at close to full speed. It's not unpleasant and reminds me a bit of the white noise machines, so we have quickly gotten used to it. The lighting effects can easily be turned off, but they automatically turn on anytime you turn the unit back on, so two taps of the light button and they go back off.This small unit will not perform like a full size, floor model, dehumidifier. (some negative reviewers seem to think it should have performed in a comparable fashion) Those full size, floor units use an air conditioner type system so they dehumidify the air very quickly, but are very large and much, much louder and expensive. We had one in our full size home for years and you could literally see the humidity level begin to drop on a hygrometer within 30 minutes or so. This unit will not perform to that level due to it's small size and the mechanism used to remove moisture. We've had it over a week now and over a 24 hour period it removes about 3/4 of a cup of water from the air. Of course, the humidity level and temperature will dictate any increase or decrease in the numbers we saw.This unit is meant for small spaces of less than 250 sq feet. We have it in a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. But since we leave the bedroom door open and have central air, that means it essentially is dealing with the whole apartment of about 900 sq feet. Don't expect to feel a marked difference in the humidity level in a large space. I would imagine in an appropriately small space, with doors closed and no central air, this unit would make the area feel dryer.Our issue is condensation build up on our single pane windows in the winter. Even just removing 3/4 cup of water per day means that there will be that much less water in the air to condense on the windows. We've now decided to purchase an additional unit to place in the second bedroom at the opposite end of the apartment from where the first one is placed. Our hope is between the two units we will see a marked difference in our humidity levels. Two of these units are much cheaper and quieter than a full size, floor model.I can recommend this unit if you purchase it with the understanding of it's limitations.UPDATE:We purchased an additional unit for our 900 square foot apartment. The two bedrooms are at the opposite ends of the apartment and we placed one of these dehumidifiers in each room. They both have been pulling about 3/4 of a cup of water out of the air every 24 hours, with inside temperature at 72 and initial relative humidity at about 64 percent. So with the two units we are eliminating about 1 !/2 cups per 24 hours. We might see a drop in the hygrometer reading to 59 or 60 percent occasionally in that time. Not comparable to a big floor dehumidifier, but much cheaper and quieter. While they have not eliminated the condensation issue, I think it has helped to reduce the overall amount of water condensing on our windows during the winter.

Title: Small and efficient. It works well
Review: After 2 hurricanes, the closets and cupboards were retaining humidity. I used "Damp Aid" and "Odor Air Magnet" for many days and didn't see/smell much change. Then realized I could try dehumidifying. This unit is small and efficient. After few hours I had 1/2 cup of water coming from nowhere to be seen, and then it kept coming...a bit more than 1/4 cup a day. The humidity index in the house has come down. I am very happy with this unit and will keep using it in my closets in the future.

Title: Great for bathrooms
Review: Using this in the bathroom during my hot showers. Helps with humidity after time. I ended up with a small amount of water each day, maybe 1/4 cup or less. Got this as I was starting to get occasional psocids/booklice because of the humid environment. Since using this, haven't seen any. Been a few weeks but so far so good. It's super easy to use, plug in and press on button. That's it. Very quiet, colorful lights are nice too. After a couple hours, turn on and easy to dump water (slides out and in easy).

Title: Easy to set up and works well
Review: Got this to put into my walk in closet after I noticed a damp/musty smell on some clothing items stored on the upper shelves. This little gadget was very easy to set up and worked with the touch of a button. I like that the light is easy to turn off (a bit unnecessary to have it, I think). The water reservoir slides out easily and the auto shut off works as it should. I empty it about every 3-4 days (we live in Florida, so high humidity). Happy so far and it’s been almost 2 months.
