Title: Nice trays, even heating, compact
Review: My two very old dehydrators' trays were all cracked, warped, and sagging, and they get lots of use on the farm. It made it hard to do any fruit leather anymore, and we had a bumper crop of plums this year. It was going to cost as much to replace the old plastic and screen trays in the old units than buying this unit. The 9 all stainless steel trays are great, and the unit worked very well. For plum leather, I blended 2 qts of pitted Santa Rosa plums with a cup of sugar, and a bit of salt. I put plastic wrap on the tray, and sprayed it with release spray, then poured the puree on the plastic wrap on the tray. I spread it a bit with a silicone spatula to the edges, but it mostly self levels. Ten hours later at 145F, perfect leather. Cut it up into strips with the plastic still on it, roll it with the plastic, and perfect plum leather rolls. The plastic peels off easily when you eat it. The 12" trays work great with the 12" wide plastic wrap... so easy. The controls are easy, and the two fans inside seem to provide more even air flow than the single fan units. Can't wait to make another batch of pork loin jerky in it... slice port loin into ~1/2 slices, then pound it flat to the desired jerky thickness, slice to desired width, marinate it, and throw it in the dehydrator. Pounding the pork loin makes it tender, and the pork really takes on the flavor of the marinades better than other meats... plus it's cheap.

Title: Satisfied with purchase
Review: Works like it should, haven't had any issues, seems to be of good quality. The design of the machine allows for good air flow throughout. We sometimes use silicone trays on all the racks at once and it dries well. The noise level isn't bad, just the sound of the fans running. The supplied dehydrator guide is helpful and accurate with the times for food being dehydrated.

Title: Great Dehydrator for Many uses
Review: I purchased this dehydrator to dry out various food items as well as make fruit roll ups for my kids. The first dehydrator arrived with a pretty large dent so I sent it back and a replacement was promptly shipped in it's replace. Overall I'm very happy with the dehydrator, I've used it to dehydrate fruits/veggies, fruit roll ups, fruit as well as other items. It works really well and dehydtates the material in the time expected. It is very easy to use. The item comes with all of the metal and non metal racks needed to use the machine. Overall i'm very happy with the product and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dehydrator.

Title: Good build quality and functionality.
Review: We have been using our dehydrator for about 2 months now and have probably dehydrated 75 pounds of apples. It seems to dehydrate them evenly. I think it is due to the "2" fans in the back to circulate the air. I like the fact it remembers the same settings from the previous session. Also if you have to interrupt it and shut it off it will pick up where it left off when you turn it back on. The product has racks and the unit itself are stainless steel. The unit is compact for its volume and not too heavy. I highly recommend this.

Title: Does not work!
Review: The item is poorly packaged. had a hole on the side of the box possibly from shipping. The dehydrator looks good from the outside but not enough gap/space between the trays. The machine does not turn on when it was plug in. No beep, no light, nothing!It was a waist of time and excitement. This product should have been priced at less than $30. Even then you’ll be crossing your finger if you get a good working product.In addition, they offered to replace the dehydrator for free for my troubles but received no response. So there promises also failed. If there was a less than one star review, I would click on that!
