Title: Convenient & Effective
Review: I have used essential oils for years. The blend here is very imiliar to one I used to make myself. The issue there was that it always leak and cause a mess no matter what I did. This is a fantastic substitute. All the same calming effects. Closes tightly, fits in the pocket (about the size of lip balm), no mess. Highly recommended. These particular scents work very well for anxiety. I'm not one of the "essential oils can heal the world" people. It's legit and I was initially quite skeptical of oils years ago. Many oils/scents for other ailments...no difference. This blend for mood makes a difference.

Review: I wish I could give a positive review of this product but I'm quite disappointed with it. The expiration date is August 2026 but honestly there is barely any scent to the one I received. I would return it but it's not worth the trouble. Hopefully others who ordered it received one that has a strong/stronger scent.

Review: Iâm sure itâs a combo of the scent and the slow breathing that helps relieve stress. These are great because theyâre easy to carry in a pocket or purse, and easy to use, no mess, no side effects. If you have real anxiety, these may not be the answer, but if youâre having a rough day, these may help.

Whether the scents themselves relieve stress is highly subjective.The actual stress relief part is most likely going to come from you taking positive actions while and after using to calm your stress. Whatever those actions are, is up to you. Use this inhaler as a reminder and trigger to step away and take a moment to collect and focus on handling the stressors at that moment or in your life.

Review: I love the aroma of this inhaler - it is sweet and spicy and clean, and it is easy to use. Does it calm everyone? I don't have a clue. Does it calm me? The scent is a lovely diversion from the worries of the day, and it isn't consciousness-altering, so I cannot see any harm in it. The inhaler is compact and can easily be carried in one's pocket or bag, or kept in a desk drawer. When closed, one doesn't smell it at all.
