Title: Functions well; light up your life?
Review: After getting a week of rain and overcast skies in my part of the U.S., I decided to buy a light box since light therapy is all the rage nowadays. This inexpensive little unit is about the size of an iPad but thicker, easy to operate (corded, please note), and quite light. It has a back support, is somewhat adjustable for light intensity (very bright!), and has a built-in timer with six settings at ten-minute intervals from ten minutes to an hour. I haven't used it a lot yet, but it does seem to leave me feeling a bit...more energized so far! Perhaps this might be worth a try for you as well, with the disclaimer that your results may vary...
