Review: I was Leary of buying an office chair online without sitting in it but gave it a try. Chair was easy to put together and just the perfect size for my small office/guest room. It is very comfortable and I love that the arms raise. It is very sturdy.

Title: Very good chair and great value overall. Lumbar pad is hard at the edges.
Review: I got this chair all in for ~$125 with a discount and taxes added. I needed a replacement for my current WFH office chair which had basically no seat padding left, and I was using an extra cushion made for a vehicle seat to make it tolerable. On that front, the seat padding is quite thick, and I hope it will hold up long term. That said, it may not be quite as comfortable as a mesh seat you find in some other products like my at-work office chair that surely is much more expensive. The mesh back is very good, but my main issue is that the lumbar support cushion is actually very hard at the outer edges where the padding tapers down. This means that if you like to lean back in your chair at all, your main point of pressure will be the lumbar support, and it is adjustable but not removable. The adjustment also is only up and down. You cannot reduce or increase the intensity. If you are somebody that is good at maintaining actual upright proper posture in your chair all day, this would likely not be much of an issue. I think this chair would be a lot better with a different or more adjustable lumbar support solution. Assembly was easy, and they actually provide decent instructions and a nice tool with a plastic handle on it. There was a set of extra/backup pieces (bolts, washers) included which I ended up not needing. It is pretty solid overall, though I think if anything were to weaken over time I would suspect the arm rests which are plastic. The base is very solid and metal. The white ring on the wheels is a nice aesthetic touch. This chair is noticeably taller than my previous chair, including the minimum height. If you are short, this chair might have you up higher than you want. I'm 5'11, and the height is fine for me. It should also be good for taller people. I was concerned about buying this at first having not heard of the brand, but the quality seems quite good overall. Hope this helps you!

Title: An excellent chair!!
Review: The package arrived before the scheduled time and we received a welcome letter online from the crew. The instructions were easy to follow and it is sooooooo comfortable. I love the way the arms can be up or down. Who ever thought of having it where it would rock was a wonderful addition. But if you don't want it to lock, just lock it into place. The lumber part really helps and I like that it is able to be repositioned. One of the things that was mentioned in the letter was if we didn't want the lumber part, it could be remove easily. The color is really pretty and I love that you have several choices to choose from. This was gotten for my sewing and craft room but when the time comes for another one, I look forward to purchasing more of them for our offices. Thanks Mimoglad family for such a wonderful product!

The assembly was perfect, great attention to detail, down to the much appreciated T handle wrench that was supplied. Instructions were probably the best I have seen from an imported product. Review: Chair came and the screw hole in the bottom of the chair was not connected to the chair. We did a return and replacement and the replacement chair came within a couple of days. Easy to put together. Chair is sturdy and comfortable. Nice thing is having a 5 year warranty on it.

Review: I am on 4th of these and they are a great chair. Comfy, love the fold up arms and sturdy.They are my dining room and office chairs. Had an issue with one of them and contacted Mimoglad direct who promptly sent me a replacement part and when that didn't work they gave me credit for a new chair!!!I didn't even have to go through the Amazon return rigamaroll. All in all great, quiet and comfy chair, will definitely buy again & recommend.
