Title: Good buy with a reasonable price
Review: The computer came in a good package. The setup went smoothly. The computer ran fast on Windows 11. No issues at all. I don't think the hard drive is SSD, but the speed is not bad at all. I believe it can work with a typical office environment for the next 5 years. I am not going to play games on this computer so no comment on that.

Title: Quality.
Review: The computer works as expected, very stable and fast enough for what I need, ie home and office applications. Also Wi-Fi streaming is good. Both keyboard and mouse are wireless and while I have no problem with the keyboard, the mouse doesn't work well at all as I have to keep tapping it on the desk for it to work. That's the only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars. Overall well worth the price.

Title: Item decent, but NOT as advertised.
Review: I spent a couple solid hours comparing/contrasting about a dozen computers on here before ultimately deciding on this model. It arrived quickly, sure, but it did NOT include the built-in AX210 WIFI card; they just threw a cheapo USB 2.0 802.11 wireless adapter in the box instead, which unfortunately doesn't work well in my situation (the higher-quality wifi 6 card was actually one of the key selling points for me).I'm still fighting with amazon to get this resolved, and they did eventually offer a refund to return it, but what they don't seem to realize is that I WANT to spend money with them, but no one over there can tell me if this computer is actually in stock as advertised or if they are all randomly/falsely labeled. So basically: this is a decent product, as long as you don't actually care about any of its specific components and "just need a magic box to make internet go fast".

Title: Warning: many of these DON"T WORK
Review: I ordered a renewed Dell computer from Amazon. The first computer I got had a defective network card and would not work. I returned that computer and they sent another Dell Computer. This one connected and I got it installed, but the keyboard they sent as part of the package deal did not work. Since I finally got a working computer, I tried to return just the keyboard, but Amazon has no way of taking back just a part. Therefore, I am faced with the choice of eating the cost of a new keyboard, or returning the entire pkg. and maybe getting another computer that won't install.

Title: Looks and functions like a new computer
Review: This computer arrived in perfect condition. Very clean and works perfectly. Came with a clean install of Windows 11 Pro without any bloatware or other unnecessary programs that are usually bundled with a new computer. This is a perfect workstation for accessing our cloud-based office management software and files. Came with a new generic keyboard and mouse. Very pleased with my purchase. Good value for the price.
