Just be sure to abstain from any "toxins" for about 3-4 days drink the recommended amount of water and take the omni pill about 2 and a half hours before your test, drink 48 Ozs of water in the first 30 mins after taking the pill, if your system is very dirty be sure to take two omni pills to be safe.
