Title: 24 Hours of Travel
Review: We love this product. It's sturdy and well constructed. After following all instructions and freezing the gel pack, the medication remained cool and the gel pack was still frozen after 24 hours of travel. We are impressed and will purchase again, if we need another one. We also had no issues getting it through TSA so that's another win for us.

Title: This is the right one to buy
Review: I got this after the other type of medicine cooler thing I bought last time failed horribly. This one worked perfectly, though! I'm so pleased! I followed the directions, and the medicine was able to stay perfectly cool on the flight for about 24 hours in total, door to door, in the early summer. No trouble at all with TSA. This item is a bit on the small side, and I needed to fit two syringes of medicine in it. But it all worked out. I removed the two syringes of medicine from the little boxes they came in, in order to fit them in the canister. I packed the syringes in slightly inflated ziplock bags to just add a touch of padding, so it wouldn't all rattle around too much in transit. Perfect! I probably could have fit a third syringe if necessary. I highly recommend this product. It really saved the day.

Title: If you live in a hot state, this is a must
Review: Nothing else to it. This carries 3 different insulin pens and can be used for traveling or if you are away from home for awhile, this will make sure your insulin is refrigerated. Living in a hot state, this is very convenient to own.

Title: Portable, works pretty well, holds three vials
Review: Device works pretty well. First use, kept it in a car on a warm 80 degree day for 4 hours, then at work for another 2 before eplacing it in my mini fridge. Things were still below room temp, probably around 50 - 60 degrees. And I started by just keeping the unit in the crisper fridge overnight (34 degrees). I imagine if you freeze the insert AND the carrier, it will stay colder a little longer. Insert contents do not freeze, so it WILL NOT freeze your medicine. But I can see this unit keeping up to three std vials below 70 degrees all day if not left in a car or carried around Las Vegas on a 100 degree day, all day. It works for what I need it to do. It is metal, so keep it in the shade. BTW, standard vial is a Walmart brand Novelin-N or R, or a Lily Humalog U100 size vial. As for condensation? ANYTHING cold you put in a warm spot is going to have condensation. So this product does not have an "issue" with it, it just is. I would not count on this small, slim size lasting 12 hours on a hot day, but I have not tried that. Nor I have I put it in the freezer yet to get maximum effect. I am sure that will help. I am overall happy with what I use it for and for how long it stays cool enough. However, the cheesy engraving on it can go. "This is my special life". Like I am 14 and need that? LOL. One improvement would be to make the case like an insulated drink glass such as an Iron Flask. That would DEF keep this thing cool all day.

Title: Worked well on a 100° Arizona day
Review: It's nice, feels solid, & looks great. Obviously what matters is the performance, & I had it out on a 100° day. Picked up insulin, then ran more errands, finally got home 7hrs later from a traffic jam, & the vials were still nice & cold when I opened it. Vetsulin says it can't go colder than 36°, so I didn't freeze the insert.. I keep it in my fridge which is usually 32°-34°, & my drive to pick it up is about 30 min which gives it time to warm up a little.It's a great bang for the buck, & thwarted a 100° AZ day. 10/10 would order again!

Title: Worked better than expected
Review: I had about an 8 hour plane trip and being this was the first time using it was concerned about the condition on my meds when I finally reached my destination. Well my meds were still at the perfect temp and the ice pack still frozen. To make matters even more concerning the freezer where we were staying was broken so I couldn’t refreeze the ice pack for the way home so I decided to keep the pack in the cooler in the refrigerator. We are on day six and it is still frozen. Would definitely recommend this product.

Review: Purchased this for my wife to carry her medication (one injectable pen). Total travelling time was approximately 30 hours and upon arrival it was still as cold as when we departed (it was not refrigerated during the flight).Upon arrival the outside temperature was 35C and we drove 4 hours to reach our final destination. We were impressed that it remained cold throughout our trip. The product is well worth the money; you won’t regret it
