Title: Valuable Content, Highly Recommend!
Review: Like many others, Iâd first found the social media content from this Author to be both helpful AND entertaining. This book was well worth the purchase, as he goes deeper into the âhow and whyâ of CICO. The analogies were particularly helpful to the way that I process information, and itâs thoughtfully written in a way for many kinds of learners to benefit. If you have a messed up relationship with food, consider this reading your springboard to decontamination. Thanks for what you put out there, Fitness Chef! Fighting the good fight.
