What is the reservoir made of?

The reservoir is made of high-quality PP material, which can anti-essential oil corrosion. It has passed the durability test through our technology team.

What if I can't smell any scents from this machine?

Please refer to the troubleshooting in the user manual. Ensure every setup steps are right. Fragrance results may vary depending on ventilation, temperature, humidity, and the size of the space.

How many drops of essential oils should I add to the water?

Please add 15-20 drops of extract pure essential oils 100% from natural ingredients. To avoid damage to this device, NEVER use artificially produced synthetic perfume.

Any maintenance tips for this diffuser?

The diffuser has an ultrasonic atomizer found in the center of water tank. Please clean the atomizer carefully using a cotton swab or a soft clean damp cloth at least once every week. You can clean the unit more often depending on your usage.

Title: Very Elegant Diffuser
Review: This was my first essential oil diffuser and while a bit more expensive than others, I really love it. Its elegant white design blends with a neutral decor and I love that it only has a white light. The water capacity is on the larger size so it doesn’t need to be constantly refilled. I love that it was the intermittent function and I also love that the light automatically turns off when the diffuser shuts off. It puts out a nice steam of mist and scent and is almost silent except for a slight but soothing bubbling water sound. The ceramic shade is gorgeous and well made and the buttons feel nice. My only wish is the bottom had a little rubber on it to keep it from sliding when I press the buttons.

Title: Very nice!
Review: I had been look for a nice diffuser for a long time. I really like this one. It holds enough water to run for several hours. It's super quiet but yet has a very gentle and soft sound of water, which is soothing. The light option is also very nice which can be set to different variations or simply have it off independent from the mist. The auto shut is also a nice feature. Very well made and nice looking.

Title: Elegant option
Review: After doing a lot or research, I ordered another highly recommended one but was immediately disappointed in the look of it. Although fine in a salon/spa type setting, etc. it looked too industrial to blend into my home decor. I don’t want something that looks like a device or something I’d use to clear my pores or sinuses! This one has a soft elegant appearance, nice optional warm white light (not rainbow color changing) and works just as well. It’s actually better in terms of time as the other one (a 500ml) promised 16hrs of run time but doesn’t mention that that’s for the tank capacity and you still have to come back and turn it back on every 4hrs. This one, although it has a smaller tank, runs for 8hrs without having to hit the button again.

Title: Very cute design, but huge!
Review: I love this diffuser - super cute design on the outside and the light looks really nice. It also works very well at dispersing scent in the room. The only negative is that it’s huge! I thought it was going to be a smaller more delicate looking decorative item for my desk, but it takes up a lot of space. If you have room, I would recommend!

Review: Such a stunning diffuser!!! I am amazed by the quality, all the available functions and the fact that it is super quiet!I love that the light is soo calming; no crazy colors here. You can select 3 levels of light: bright, dim (the one on the video), "breathing" light (excellent for breathing exercises), and no light. There is a timer (1/3/8 hrs), automatic switch off when all water is gone.It looks stunning on top of my entry table!It difusses beautifully, the mist is lovely.I m soo pleased with this purchase! I want to buy it as a present for my sister and my mum! Excellent as a present for someone you love and care.
