Title: Beautiful Cards - Excellent Value - Highly Recommended
Review: This is my first postcard book that I have bought, and I am very happy with it. The artwork is beautiful and the quality is excellent.I agree with another reviewer that on some of the postcards there is some wasted space where the art does not go all the way to the edge of the card, but I understand why this is the case and I do not feel that it takes away from the art on those cards very much - I would still be happy to mail them to my pen pals, although I prefer those postcards that do fill up most of the front of the cards to those that do not. This does not take away from a 5 star rating, in my opinion.The paper is VERY thick, with a gloss (more than a semi-gloss but less than high gloss) front and matte back. I do not have calipers, but it seems to be about a 16 pt. paper weight (I worked in a print shop for 4 years, and my father for over 30 years).The back has information about the movie in the top left corner, blank area to write a VERY short message in the middle left, information about the postcard pack on the bottom left, rectangle to place a stamp over in the top right corner, 3 lines in the middle right to write an address, Disney logo in the bottom right, and a star border along the bottom edge of the card. Everything mentioned above is in the same blue color print.In this set there are: 8 Snow White, 8 Pinocchio, 9 Fantasia, 9 Dumbo, 9 Bambi, 9 Cinderella, 10 Alice in Wonderland, 10 Peter Pan, 9 Sleeping Beauty, 10 101 Dalmations, 9 Mickey and Friends (from various movies), and the back of each postcard lists the movie name and year, what type of art it is (story sketch, film frame, etc), and the medium used, when applicable. The quality of the printed artwork is excellent and nothing short of beautiful.Each card measures 5 5/8 inches wide and 3 7/8 inches tall, so you can use the cheaper postcard postage in the US to send it :-)Hope this helps!

Review: Amazing artwork - obvious top-notch artwork by Disney animators during the studio's Golden Age.Great quality - the postcards are not flimsy. They also have the name of the movie and the year of the movie's release on the back of the postcard - a very helpful feature for some of the artwork in which I wasn't sure which movie it came from.*Of note, I had been under the impression that the postcards would be arranged as a book and that if you wanted a specific postcard, you would have to tear along a perforated line. This concerned me because I did not want to ruin an intact book. No worries - each postcard is stacked individually.Pretty packaging - the box that it comes in is very cute. It can definitely serve its own purpose as a decorative piece, much like a hollowed book.Unbelievable price. I had initially just wanted to keep this item intact, but once I saw how beautiful the images were, I knew I had to frame them. But if I want an intact version, I can always purchase another one without breaking the bank.My one gripe would be the lack of "vertical" images. When I tried to display these in a collage-type frame, I wasn't able to display all of the images that I wanted because most of the postcards in this set are "horizontal" images.

Title: Beautiful artwork for any Disney fan
Review: This is the first postcard box set I've ever ordered. I didn't order it directly from Amazon.com, and instead got it shipped from a seller in the UK. The box was a little dented because it had to travel all the way from England, but the postcards inside were unharmed! Plus, the set came earlier than expected. I received this yesterday (3/26) and wasn't expected to receive it until at least 04/01 (if not later).The art inside the cards are lovely. At 100 postcards for about $10 (the price I bought these for), that's only 10 cents a card. The postcard set comes with primarily old sketches. There are some movie stills, but most of these are unique artwork. For example, there is a brunette Tinker Bell. While these postcards might not be the exact art you're familiar with, they are all beautiful. Each postcard is well-made and well-colored.I especially liked how thick each postcard was. They don't feel flimsy; each card feels like it's made of cardstock! There's plenty of room to write on the back, too. I'd attach pictures, but part of the joy was flipping through each card to see what was included.These are so lovely I almost don't want to send them out to anyone. Perfect for any Disney lover!

Title: As described, Great Product, Adorable Post Cards
Review: These post cards are so adorable. I wanted some post cards to take with us to Disney World to send home. They have several of the early movies, I love that in the back corner it tells you the movie and the year if you don't know. I love that some of them are hand drawn like from those days. We are going to use some as a collage in our movie room since there are so many neat ones includes Snow White, Dumbo, and several other classics. The book they come in is adorable and hard cover too. We will reuse it after we are done with our post cards.

Review: Absolutely amazing postcards that show all the hard work that went into the classic Disney films.The postcards feature scenes, concept art, character designs and backgrounds from some of Disneys most iconic films. The images are beautifully presented in these art cards and are perfect for framing or sending! The set features one of each card, which can make it quite a challenge if you yourself are a postcard collector! The box features film "frames" from the movies within on the side and would make a beautiful storage box for any Disney fan.The set contains postcards from the following films: Snow White // Pinocchio // Sleeping Beauty // Peter Pan // 101 Dalmatians // Fantasia // Alice in Wonderland // Bambi // Dumbo // Classic Disney Shorts // CinderellaThe attached photos show nearly all of the cards included in this set (I had already given away many of the Snow White cards and one 101 Dalmatians card).Beautiful postcards that are a must have for hardcore Disney, animation or art fanatics!
