Title: Exceeded my expectations!
Review: I bought these for my dog Lucy because she has been obsessively licking her paws. I have seen the vet, changed her food, tried allergy medications, and have used homeopathic remedies. She still lacks and I had to do something to let the redness and soreness heal. After searching and reading reviews and finally going with my gut, I settled on these. Honestly, I was skeptical any sock or bootie would stay on. However, these socks fit well, seem to be cozy, and most importantly, they stay on! Now, without the velcro strap the socks did very well. But Lucy got tired of wearing them and grabbed them by the toe and pulled them off. So I ended up using the velcro straps and she cannot pull them off. She would still very much like to lick her feet but if she wants to lick the bootie I'm ok with that if I can keep her from licking herself raw. I like these so much I am ordering another set. Also, they are super cute and Lucy gets all sorts of positive comments about them.

Review: These socks were super cute and fit my medium sized dog well. The one downside is that my dog keeps trying to take them off and nibble on them. However, the straps help secure them fairly well.

Title: These work!
Review: We have a giant 13 year old laborador with a missing nail, huge paws, and as it relates to his feet, is an uncooperative customer. We tried many variations from other manufacturers. We had fit issues, manufacturing issues with inside seams, gait issues due to the shoe sock being too high, etc. This was the only brand which he would tolerate, would stay on, and would last the half mile he lurches around daily. He does wear a slight drag hole in the area of the dragging paw tip by the time we get home, but we have doubled them up and they take care of the problem. While one of these is not inexpensive, it is better than trying to tape his paw every day which is akin to wrestling a greased alligator. We use some moleskin around the nail and one of these socks and he is a happy dude able to walk. The are somewhat thin but if you are dealing with a tricky customer they may work for you. Thank you!

Title: Works well but for indoor use only
Review: Our dog tore her paw pad and needed some protection to keep her from licking and injuring it further, so we purchased these socks. They stay on pretty well, because there is a snap at the top of the sock which you attach a small Velcro tie to.Positives:Nonskid decals on both sides of the socks to keep pet from sliding around on hardwoods/tileAttached velcro tie with snap that is adjustable for dog's ankle sizeStays on fairly well inside the houseWashableCute patterns/colorsNegativesInterior of sock has a lot of threads (see picture). If pet has long nails they can get caught in this jungle of embroidery.I have read reviews where these are being used to walk on hot pavement. People, these are thin cotton/nylon socks. Would you walk on boiling hot pavement with just socks on? If you wouldn't it's probably not a good idea for your pet to do so either. They are great for indoor use, or light outdoor use on grass, or regular temperature conditions. The instructions also say these are for indoor use only.

Title: Fell off!
Review: The socks work, for a few minutes, then just fall off!My dog surprised us, by leaving them alone, but they just kept falling off. It's sad, because they worked for a while...We just bought the type that sticks to their paw pads. So far my 16 year old pup is doing pretty well with them.I threw out the packaging so, no refund.Bummer

Review: The material in these socks was a much nicer material then the knit I was expecting--finer finish and thicker. The Velcro strap had a button snap to the sock so it could not fall off. My girl had no issue with them and she seemed comfortable. I would recommend them for household wear.
