This crate includes a divider panel allowing you to adjust the size of the living area as your puppy grows. The plastic leak-proof pan allows easy clean-up in the event of an accident. A strong plastic carrying handle is included for convenient portability, and rubber feet on the bottom of the crate protect the floors inside your home. We recently enhanced the safety and security of the iCrate by adding locking tips on the slide-bolt latches to securely lock the door and patented Paw Block, which prohibits your dog from tampering with the door lock from the inside. MidWest iCrate crates also feature patented rounded side clips that reduce possible sharp points to ensure a safe experience for you and your pet. Every iCrate metal dog crate conveniently folds down flat for travel. The 36" iCrate (model 1536DDU) measures 35.6L x 21.9 x 24.5 inches and is suitable for "intermediate" dog breeds. **Please note the term "intermediate” breed is subjective. For the best fit, we advise that you check the measurements of the dog crate and select a size that will be suitable for your dog's ADULT weight and measurements. Title: MidWest is the Best
Review: I've had several other brands and generic crates but MidWest is the best by far. They are sturdy, everything lines up well. They look nice and have great locks. There is plenty of space for a growing pup and come with the divider so you can adjust as they grow. They are easy to vlean and comfortable. Being collapsible is great for travel or storage. As a dog trainer, these are my favorite. Every dog should be crate trained. It's so important for your puppies safety to be crated when you aren't home or you can't watch them, it only takes a second for them to chew an electrical cord or ingest something dangerous or toxic. Crates should never be used for punishment but thought of as their den. Dogs naturally don't want to make a mess where they sleep so using the Divider is important to keep the size just so they can lay down comfortably but not have too much room where they can potty on one side and sleep on the other. It's also important to remember that puppies can only hold their bladder for 1 hour to each month old they are. So a 2 month old pup can go 2 hours. Large breed dogs may go longer and small breeds shorter. So you may need to arrange for someone to take your pup outside if you work long hours. Or doggie day care.

Title: Great For Crate Rest
Review: This crate has been perfect for my dachshund during crate rest for IVDD. It’s easy to assemble and has two doors that help get him in & out without injury. Very sturdy so I have no fear of it coming apart and it is large enough so he can sleep in part & hopefully play/eat in the other as his back improves. The slide out bottom tray has helped with cleaning. Great crate and highly recommend.

Title: Works well in our RV
Review: We ordered this model for our 5th wheel camper to fit our average sized border collie. It's sturdy, foldable, and fits beside the upholstered chairs. We use the top as a coffer table and for a lamp with a plastic tray that fits. The handle allows the tray to lay flat for this purpose. The two gates give us options on how to turn the crate. Our lean adult border collie uses this crate as her "bedroom" when she needs her alone time. She's snug but comfortable. We have put a memory foam mattress with a washable cover in it. We like the complete air flow. We chose this model for its reasonable price, choice of gates, light weight, removeable handle for flat top, and ability to fold and tuck away. I would buy it again over other options.

Title: Perfect for large breeds!
Review: I love this kennel! It fit my two large dogs in it plus me! I love the amount of space it has it in for their comfort. It is very sturdy, as it held up to our large dogs when we were trying ro kennel train. The color is basic, and coated metal. The metal thickness is decent. My dogs could not get their heads stuck if they wanted to! It is super easy to move as long as you have to space. This is NOT a small crate! I will say it is a pain to put together alone, or take apart. Some edges were a bit sharp when assembling, so be careful. I will definitely buy from this company again! It does not come with a liner, so I had to purchase the bed they offer for it. My puppers absolutely love it. You can also just toss the bed into the wash and the dryer with no problems! *my washer does NOT had a center agitator, and both appliances are of the larger models you can purchase*

Title: It's sturdy
Review: My Zoey loves it she played and waddled in it. She's 8 weeks to give you an idea of size.i like the height on it she can grow into it. Since it has a side door I may buy another that's larger when she's bigger and connect it to give her more room. The only thing I don't like is the divider it's useless because you would have only a tiny space. I've decorated her little crate I'm not finished decorating it up yet. It's large enough i can put her things on top which makes convenient. I'm giving a 4 star because you can't really use the divider. Over all it's nice delivery was fast and a good price point. It's 22in long 16in tall.

Title: Perfect Crate for training the perfect dog 🙂
Review: When I first got this crate, I knew I wanted to use it for crate training, however, I seriously had no idea what I was doing. Nada. Zilch.I thought we were all set. We have the crate. We have the puppy. Now what?It comes with a divider. I thought the divider was for two dogs, until my daughters fiancé showed me how to use it :-)If anybody else doesn’t know, the divider is designed to give them just enough room to turn around, lay down comfortably and sleep. You can adjust the divider as the puppy grows. Apparently, if you don’t use the divider, they will potty in the crate. The crate is working well for our puppy. I felt like a meany at first, but, it all worked out. Our puppy will randomly visit her crate during the day and does not see the crate as a punishment. The assembly is super easy. It’s strong, it’s sturdy & it’s actually bigger than what I visualized. It has this tray in the bottom that slides out for easy cleaning. The doors and latches are easy to use. It is definitely chew proof! It is difficult for me to adjust the divider as she grows, so I try to do that when somebody strong is available to help.I would definitely recommend this product.Update: Today we are still using this crate. The puppy is now five months old, and I also have a 12 year old the same breed - Border Aussies (Australian shepherd, mixed with border collie).I’m working on training them for different things, and every single time I say, the word crate, it’s a race to see who can get into the crate first! It’s more useful than just for potty training. It makes them feel safe, give them their own space to relax, and in our case or useful tool for other types of training.I certainly feel like we got our moneys worth out of it. I love it how the dogs still use it. I hope this review helps you!

Review: Finally a crate that's big enough for my 130lb dog (black one in the pics) to fit comfortably and have lots of room to stand up, turn around, and sleep on his side! He has his problems so it's important for him to have room and be comfortable. This crate does not come pre-assembled like the smaller wire crates do, it comes in 6 panels that need to be assembled in a particular order. You need to have room to lay the bottom and side panel down beside each other for installation. I didn't have that kind of floor space so I assembled it on the bed, but had to keep tilting the crate in order to get the corner poles in. By myself it took probably almost an hour, but with enough space and 2 people it should only take 20 minutes or so.I'm very happy with the quality/sturdiness of it. It has 2 doors, which is very useful, and it has 3 latches on each door.

Review: This kennel might even be too big in my dog's opinion — but it's just right. I upsized (despite his apprehension) to this one due to some pending surgeries that I would need to be able to help him stand up after (which would be impossible in the smaller kennel). It is MASSIVE, I could sit in it with him if needed. But it's also finally the right size for him to stretch and stand.• Incredibly sturdy.• Heavy!!!• Assembly: Not a piece of cake to put together alone, but they warn you to have someone else. But honestly, it wasn't that hard either. Feel 100 percent confident in it's ability to secure my dog — or any dog (mine is gentle and uses it as a place to hide — thus he preferred the smaller one at first). But now he• HUGE — this will take up a chunk of floor space (and height into the room). The footprint isn't so much larger than the size down but it feels bigger in the room due to the height.• NOTE: put it together where you want it. Once it's together, this will not change rooms without taking apart.

Customers say

Customers like the build quality, ease of assembly, and size of the product. They mention it's well-made, has a nice finish, and is easy to fold open and close. Some appreciate the value for money and crate quality.
