Title: Buyer Beware. Does not work on all doors.
Review: The first sentence included in the instructions (in very small print) to this device states that there must be a space between your door and the jam for this to work. I have an old home (1800s) and heavy, well constructed, wooden, thick doors. There is a very tight fit and little space between the door and the jam/frame. For that reason, this would not work on my door. I am keeping the item for now to see if it works on a hotel room door while on vacation. If it doesn’t work on that door, I will be returning.

Review: I bought this to keep the kids out of my office when I’m in zoom meetings because my office door doesn’t have a lock. It works perfectly. I honestly have no complaints. I think everyone should have one of these, especially if your door does not have a lock. These would also come in handy if you are in a domestic violence situation and your abuser is in the same house as you. This will Protect you. I wish that I had this product five years ago. Locks on doors in the inside of the house can be picked. This is can not be picked.

Review: I bought this because I was traveling alone for a week and let me tell you it comforted me so much knowing I had this. You just put it between the door and the frame and you close the door and it blocks the door for opening. It is very sturdy and inexpensive in my opinion. I used it for the whole week and it reassured me a lot I recommend for girls who travel alone or even live alone (for at home).
