Speaking of shots, i was blown away by the quality of the espresso this machine produces. Rich, full-bodied, and with a beautiful crema - it's cafe quality right in my kitchen. What sets this machine apart is its versatility. Not only does it make excellent espresso, but it also offers options for cold brew and Americano. A pleasant surprise was the hot water function - it's super convenient when i want to change things up with a quick cup of tea! The programmable buttons for single and double shots, along with three temperature settings takes the guesswork out of brewing. Title: Good quality and stylish machine
Review: The De’Longhi La Specialista Arte Evo Espresso machine was easy to set up, following the instruction’s step by step guide. I had it up and running in less than 30 minutes, even with washing all the accessories.This machine gives you the ability to choose how finely you want the beans to be ground and the dose level you would like to have in the ‘Portafilter’. I really like the ‘Dosing and Tamping Guide’, it eliminates loose ground going over the counter, which we had a lot of with our last machine.One of my favorite functions is that you can choose either cold brew, espresso, Americans or just hot water. The instruction booklet takes you through which temperature you should have for what type of bean and what you are brewing.The steam function works well and I have been making hot and cold lattes and also americanos.I find that this espresso machine grinds the beans more finely than our last and this gives the final coffee a richer flavor - I’m using the same beans from the same bag, so it’s down to the different espresso machines.It’s easy to clean and looks really good on my counter.I would highly recommend the De’Longhi La Specialista Arte Evo Espresso machine if you’re looking for a good quality and stylish espresso machine.

Title: Can't use or Dark roast or it will break the grinder and grinder can't be cleaned on your own
Review: I have a unit less than 1 year old. Grinder stopped working.I called delonghi and the first thing they asked me was if I used medium road or dark roast.I told them we have medium roast beans. I asked out of curiosity why they would ask that and if that would make any difference.I was told by the manufacturer that dark roast are greasier and it causes grinder to jam more frequently.My machine still jammed with medium roast and this is apprantely a common issue with their machine.Before calling the manufacturer, I thought I could take the grinder a part like any other all-in-one espresso machines at this price range to clear the grinder jam.You CANT with this one. I confirmed with the manufacturer that this unit doesn't allow you to clean the grinder on your own but must be sent-in if it gets jammed.If the grinder jam is a common issue and if you can't maintenance on your own; then this machine is a scam.Luckily, the grinder jam is covered by their 2 year warranty but once you run out of warranty, you have to pay $250 to have them clean the grinder.FYI, I only use this at home and make 3~4 espresso or latte in a week so if you drink everyday, the grinder jam can happen in about 6 months

Review: It takes some getting used to, getting the coffee grind and dose level correct, as well as the best beans to use (which is obvs more personal taste). Once I'd made several cups as trial and error and used barista videos on YouTube etc I found the best setting and have not looked back and use this machine several times a day and haven't touched my Nespresso machine since. The cold brew feature takes a while to make the coffee but it is very good. At the time I bought this it was around £150 cheaper than John Lewis, but the price here on Amazon kept fluctuating greatly and I got a good deal.Keep at it if you buy it, it'll be worth it.
