Down Perfect PillowDown Perfect Pillow Too soft? If so, this product is for you 🙂

Down Perfect Pillow

This pillow is made mostly of feather, which provides excellent support as compared to down.

625 Loft White Down Pillow

Standard - 26 in x 20 in, 15 oz

Queen - 30 in x 20 in, 18 oz

King - 36 in x 20 in, 21 oz

This is a down-filled pillow. Down is made up of tiny, fluffy, delicate clusters that make for soft and sinky pillows. The outer shell of this pillow is soft 500 thread count cotton. This pillow features a unique braided cord piping. Soft provides only minimal support – this is a flatter-style, sinky pillow. If you need a tad more support, try the Medium or Firm versions of this pillow. This pillow is filled with care in Canada.

500 thread count, down-proof, 100% cotton. This fabric is soft and smooth.

Support Level

Soft support. This support level works well for front sleepers or those who prefer very minimal support.

Goose Down vs Duck DownGoose Down vs Duck Down

Goose Down vs Duck Down

This is a duck down pillow! What’s the difference between goose down and duck down? There is no difference in the overall look and feel of the fill (unless you’re using a microscope)! There are 4 main, but subtle differences:

Loft: Down quality is measured by loft (AKA fill power). Goose down tends to be available in higher lofts than duck down, however, you can find both duck and goose down in low and high lofts.

Odour: Lower loft duck down has a higher likelihood of developing an odour in humid environments than goose down or higher loft duck down. However, odour is quite rare, especially with hypoallergenic down which has been thoroughly cleaned.

Longevity: Duck down naturally contains more oils than goose down, which can help prevent the material from becoming dry and brittle.

Cost: Goose down is scarcer and more prized, and therefore, more expensive than duck down.

Sleep PositionsSleep Positions

Sleeping Position

What type of pillow works best for your sleeping style? For the most comfortable sleep, you want to try to achieve even neck alignment. Here are some general guidelines to start from:

Side sleepers tend to need the most support. Side sleepers can benefit from firmer-style pillows, like firm support feather or Down Perfect pillows.

Front sleepers tend to need the least support. Front sleepers usually prefer softer, flatter-style pillows, like soft or medium support down pillows.

Back sleepers and combination sleepers need moderate support. They usually benefit from microfiber pillows, fuller down pillows or flatter feather pillows.

Of course, this varies based on body size, health and medical conditions and personal preference!

Title: Best Pillow Ever
Review: I read the reviews about this pillow’s performance on the firm but soft equation. I was skeptical of such a claim but it actually does deliver on the plump but soft claim! Awesome cozy factor and so comfy for a good night’s sleep.

Title: Best down pillow I've owned
Review: for those who like a mushy pillow, this fits the bill. it's plump with feathers until you lay your head on it, then shape it to how you like. feathers flatten under pressure, air gets squeezed out, there's no way around it. but these retain a good amount of shape comparatively to others. pillows puff up nicely on their own as well, they're full and round again in a short amount of time. cotton shell is very soft, feels like quality

Title: This pillow is so very comfortable!
Review: It is my bed pillow. It is very comfortable! I can mold it to fit my head whether I’m sleeping on my side or back. I love having a down pillow. The price was reasonable!

Title: Really Fluffy Really Soft Pillow
Review: I bought this for my daughters new guest bedroom. She has a new home with a lot of donated things from family like old pillows. This was super Fluffy and super soft. I’m mostly a back sleeper and that worked for me. I sometimes sleep on my side and it was too soft for that. My partner is a side sleeper I would consider getting her the medium or firm. it seems like really good quality for the few days that I used it.

Title: what the fluff?
Review: the pillow is very flat. I have to scrunch the pillow almost in half to get the needed support. Not worth the cost in my opinion

Title: Finally found a pillow I love
Review: This is the best pillow for back sleeping. Normally I would’ve gotten standards, but my friend suggested queens because there is enough mass that the pillow comes up and cuddles your ears.

Title: Do not order from this company! Scam!
Review: This company is a scam. These pillows are not made in Canada as stated. They are not down as stated. After waiting nearly 2 months for them to arrive, they came in an unmarked plastic bag wrapped in tape. The tags on the pillows clearly stated made in China, and the pillows were filled with hard feathers that felt like sticks. They stated free returns but again not true, you have to pay a lot to send it back, since it is going to China. They say they will refund your money once they receive your return. I don't believe that for a second. Do not not order from this company! Amazon should remove them as a vendor.

Title: I love these pillows!
Review: I love a nice, soft down pillow you can snuggle with & this is it! With a 625 fill power this is not a stiff pillow but more of a ‘sink down it’ pillow. It does hold its shape rather well though enough I ended up buying a 2nd 1! And 15 min on low heat once a week w/dryer balls, tennis balls or even a clean shoe in a pillowcase gets them fluffed up again to their maximum fill power again. The only other things I’d advise is cutting the tags off! They’re long & kinda crinkly if you use satin pillowcases on them. I buy new pillows every 3-4 years so we’ll see how they do but at this price I’d definitely buy them again in 3 years if I needed to! Oh & they do not come compressed! They come nice & fluffed up in a heavy zippered plastic container almost like a suitcase so you don’t have to wait to use them. I like them 😊

Review: I love down pillows and this one is very nice. I have problems with my neck and was always told to get medium firm support as I am a side sleeper. I was still uncomfortable most of the time. I decided to try a down pillow in soft support and I've never looked back. For those of you that say there is no support and that the pillow is flat, yes you are right. But that is only if you use it like a regular pillow. A soft down pillow is malleable and the key to comfort is to shape the pillow to the shape of your neck/head until it's just right. Pile it up under a spot that needs support, flatten it out where you don't. It's like play dough. Once I learned that I've never used any other kind of pillow. This brand says to only spot clean or dry clean but I have always washed down pillows. I have some pretty expensive ones from another company and have washed them several times. The key is to have a washing machine with no agitator and a fairly large drum. Most present day front loaders would do. They do take awhile to dry which I use a med temp dryer for. I can't say if it's any different for this brand of course but I will update when I finally wash them. This are great pillows for the price!

Review: Though a side sleeper, when I use another pillow under this, it is supportive and most importantly soft and “mouldable” to neck and head.
