Review: Schöne Balance an Kohlehdydraten, Mineralien. Nicht zu dickflüssig.Leicht zu öffnen, ohne dabei zu zerreisen. Man braucht eigentlich keinWasser, vielleicht mal für die Hände, weil es schon mal klebt.Lecker und die Energie wird schnell bereitgestellt, ca. 10 Min bei mir.

Review: I have been using a large tub of HIGH 5 for a while for cycling. Bought the sachets for carrying on a 100-mile ride and putting in my drinks at a feed station. Used 2 at a time into a 660ml bottle. Very convenient, though substantially more expensive than the large tub.
