INTRODUCING LMNT SPARKLING ELECTROLYTE WATER: No Sugar. No Caffeine. Nothing Dodgy All Electrolytes — for those who work, for those who train, and for those who simply want to feel and perform at their best.
MORE SALT, NOT LESS: A growing body of research reveals that optimal health outcomes occur at sodium levels 2-3x government recommendations. That’s why we say, More Salt, Not Less.
OUR FORMULATION: Each can contains 1000 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium, 60 mg magnesium — a truly meaningful serving of electrolytes in a science-backed ratio. The same formulation as LMNT Drink Mix. Now Sparkling.
FEEL THE DIFFERENCE: All-day energy starts with optimal hydration. More energy. No brain fog or cramps. You feel the difference when you get it right.

Title: Our "treat" as 30-somethings!
Review: We LOVE LMNTs in this house. I, personally, have always absolutely loved soda - not sparkling water that kinda sorta maybe has a vague flavor and zero sweetness, and not the zero cal sodas that have a funky aftertaste due to artificial or sugar alternatives. With the insane amount of sugar and chemicals on top of being aware of aging and my own mortality as a 30-something, I just can't justify drinking soda anymore. We were given some samples of the LMNT packets at our jiu jitsu gym while I was actually pregnant and I LOVED it - it was also the ONLY of MANY electrolyte drinks that didn't make me ill. Then... then: SPARKLING ELECTROLYTES. Carbonated, crisp, salty electrolytes. In my wildest dreams I didn't think I'd ever find a healthy alternative to soda that I love just as much and LMNT done did the dang thing. If you stick it in the freezer just long enough to freeze (DO NOT FORGET IT), it's like a slushy dream.I haven't tried it yet (ya know, 30-something/hangovers/mom stuff), but I'm absolutely shocked no one has mentioned it makes an incredible margarita because I imagine it does... just saying. (Disclaimer: Please drink responsibly!)Flavor-wise: everyone seems to love the Black Cherry-Lime, including my husband, and I like it, but I am weirdly obsessed with the Grapefruit. Black-cherry Lime maybe tastes a smidge more artificial or medicinal to me? I'd rate them: Grapefruit, Lime, Watermelon, Black Cherry-Lime. The watermelon was surprisingly good for me - subtle and not too weird (and probably mega appealing if you like Matermelon/Salt/Chili like we do in the SW).Can't express how much I look forward to my treat-yo-self LMNT in a given day. Plus, the company seems so legit - you can nominate people in your community to be sent LMNT and since Helene, they asked for another nomination specifically for those supporting the relief efforts. Like... come on <3 Reviewer: Christopher T. Graebe

Title: Love it
Review: I have been using the LMNT powders for a while. A lot of my exercise is cycling indoors, which makes you sweat A LOT. I have noticed much better recovery using LMNT. They sent me a free variety pack of the canned sodas as a promo when these first came out, and I have been re-ordering since then. The canned drinks are not cheap, but MAN ARE THEY GOOD. Super refreshing after a hard workout or even after a long day of work. If you haven't tried them, totally worth giving it a shot.

Title: Delicious way to hydrate
Review: I'm a very active person (Running, lifting, cycling, etc.) and a very cognizant of my hydration. The LMNT packets are great for keeping in my gym bag or desk, but this carbonated beverage is a game changer! I bought the first box to sample the flavors and bought a second immediately after trying only 2 of the flavors. So refreshing and a great source for replenishing all that is lost in sweat during my workouts. I'll be a customer for life!

Title: Ridiculously salty
Review: Flavor is great, it's so ridiculously salty. I couldn't even finish one. I took the case to my work and everyone said the same thing. I'm sure they will rehydrate the crap out of you if you can finish it.***Awesome of the company, they emailed and offered a full refund. I did not accept but super cool of a company to do that. I am changing my rating for this reason.I do enjoy the powders that they offer if you are looking for something else

Title: LMNT Sparkling Electrolyte Water: Great for Hydration, But Beware the Salty Seas
Review: I recently tried the LMNT Sparkling Electrolyte Water Variety Pack, and I have mixed feelings.Pros:Hydration Hero: These drinks definitely pack a punch when it comes to electrolytes. I felt noticeably more rehydrated after exercise compared to plain water.Fizzy Fun: The carbonation adds a refreshing twist to regular water, making it more enjoyable to drink, especially on a hot day. This was the primary draw for us + convenience.Variety Pack: The variety pack is a great way to try all the flavors. However...Cons:Over the Salty Seas: Whoa, these are salty! While I appreciate the electrolyte content, for some, it might be a bit much. If you're not a fan of sports drinks or find them too salty, this might not be for you. I had to mix half of one in a 2L jug of water. Drinking it straight was not for me between the saltiness and the flavor.Flavor Fail: I wasn't a huge fan of the artificial flavors. They tasted a bit too fake and didn't quite hit the mark for me. If you're looking for something with a more natural taste, you might want to look elsewhere.Electrolyte Overload: I noticed these REALLY affected the pH balance of my urine. Can do one a week, diluted as noted above, any more than that really sets me ablaze ((which I found concerning)). I do Keto and can handle my salts. I'm guessing this is tethered to the potassium they use, but man, it really irritated some aspects of my system.

Title: If you love bubbly waters and electrolytes - YES!
Review: We’ve been using LMNT for years- and LOVE IT. Now, it’s waaaaay saltier than other electrolyte products out there, so have that on your radar if you’ve never tried it. The flavors are amazing though - and absolutely DELICIOUS. I am a huge bubbly water person- so mixing the two was a no brainer for me. Will definitely be purchasing more!

Title: Works amazing but extremely salty
Review: Perfect for active people or those with a hangover! Unfortunately they are extremely salty, I know that it states many times that is salty, I just wish there was a way to alter the taste so it’s not so salty. The effects are unmatched with this drink. Truly a great product

Title: Great for electrolytes
Review: A little expensive but I'm glad it came in a variety pack. The grab-and-go cans are very convenient. There is a subtle sweat-like aftertaste that I do not notice in the packets, I am not sure if this is because of the can or the carbonation. Very effective for staying hydrated.
