Review: This is our (unexpected) 2nd pregnancy and I have been having some symptoms for a couple of days and wanted to make sure the cheap tests were giving accurate results and this confirms the happy accident. Review: I have conceived three times and always used these. Never had a false positive, they just work really well. They are fairly sensitive, on my last time I checked at 11dpo and it had a visible second line by that point (feint but visible). I tested again a few days later when my period was due and the line was stronger. The two photos attached show these.I wee into a cup, then dip the test into the cup. This way it avoids any issue of soaking the test.

Review: I don't know why but I always go to First Response tests. I did a cheaper test first originally as i was too impatient waiting for my FR to be delivered which came up positive so I used the first response once it was delivered to just confirm. I still have 1 test left.I didn't use the test before my period, in fact it was 3 days late but that's a pretty strong positive to me.I had a miscarriage back in March and I used the same tests to confirm my pregnancy back in January, the line was just much lighter than I got this time.I also used the same test to confirm with my nearly 3 year old the day my period was due and got a good dark line then as well.Never had an issue with these tests, they are pricey but they do work but in all honesty so do some of the cheaper ones (£1 simple and clear early detection test under the FR)Don't know why I keep choosing early detection when I'm not testing early though, peace of mind i supposeI recommend but everyone's experiences are different
