Title: Perfection
Review: I have the Kindle Basic 11th generation. I had the paper white 11th generation but I gave it to my niece because it was hurting my eyesight. It was too bright and a bit hazy - even in dark mode. I did not enjoy the reading experience. I also owned the Libra Colour but returned it. I didn't love it as much as I thought it would. I prefer not using turn page buttons. And it is not up to par with any Kindle, I'm sorry to say. I will not be purchasing the Colorsoft because it's pretty much the same color ink technology as the Kobo. Color is a nice novelty but not a necessity. It's also not necessary to upgrade to the new Kindles. But, oh...what a difference than it's predecessor. The design of the device fees good to hold and is a very cozy experience. The display is a bit larger, the rounded corners are seamless. The screen looks crispier (clearer) but easier on the eyes. It's like you are reading on paper - not a stark white tablet screen. Dark mode is also easier on the eyes. It is also fast! For an e-reader and definitely faster than the previous paperwhite. No other technology canbeat reading on a Kindle device. If you are sensitive to blue light or get migraines - this upgrade is worth it. Its an excellent e-reader.

Title: Absolutely LOVE it!
Review: I had a previous Paperwhite and didn't like it. I decided it was time for a upgrade. I'm so glad I did. I absolutely love it! It's so fast and has a beautiful, crisp display and the Jade color is amazingly beautiful! It's super lightweight and easy to hold in your hands. I love how it doesn't have that annoying page refresh every time I turn the page. If you like the warm light feature, you have it on this and it's also water resistant. I'm super happy with this and you will be, too!

Title: Comes without a charger and poorly packed
Review: It arrived today without a charger and doesn’t even say what charger to use. It came packed in a big box with just a thin sheet of paper to protect it and I’m not sure how much damage it may have received in transport. This makes me very suspicious of the product and I haven’t even used it yet. It looks like it can’t even use the charger I used with my previous Kindle that finally failed. Just really poor product marketing. (I found the cord finally, but not the charger.). Someone is looking to save nickels and dimes at the expense of customer loyalty and satisfaction.I paid for no ads but it immediately tried to sell me Kindle Unlimited and a bunch of books.

Customers say

Customers like the speed, clarity, and size of the Amazon book reader. They mention it's fast for menu navigation and page turns, and the contrast is excellent. Some appreciate the warm light and dark modes. Overall, customers say it's a user-friendly reading experience and a very book-like experience.
