Title: Nice Sheath for 4 inch fixed blade knife
Review: Ordered this leather Sheath for my Gerber 4 inch fixed blade knife and it is a perfect fit. The leather is well stitched and should hold up. It is a little better than the Sheath that came with my Gerber. There were a lot of complaints about the nylon sheath that came with the Gerber Freeman but I thought the sheath is ok for my needs. Will keep it. By the way, Amazon delivered overnight with the Gerber

Title: It is really a nice sheath!
Review: This is a really nice sheath! Mine is well made an all the details, stitching, rivets, snap, are perfect. It has a really nice soft feel, not stiff and the texture feels like it is made from good quality leather. the leather is a little thin and it is very flexible, so I hope that I don't poke the blade point through it. Color is rich, deep brown and I like it! It fits my handmade knife very well with a 3.5" blade and it is roomy enough that the bolster/handle just tucks in a half inch and makes it feel really secure. If your knife has large finger guards, it probably won't work. Both belt loops are roomy enough for my wide belts. I highly reccommend this!

Title: Nice Looking but Thin
Review: This is a nice looking and well made sheath but it is thin. I bought it for a knife with an antler handle and the retention strap will not fit around the handle. However, it should fit a normal handle. The stitching looks good and I plan on using it on another knife.

Title: Decent product, but it has some shortcomings...
Review: The leather sheath could be worn at a horizontal position with my Uncle Henry Staglon Fixed-Blade Knife. But with one leather strap the weight of the handle would cause the knife and sheath to dip. Furthermore, the one strap would hang loosely from my belt, wearing it at the "5 - 6 o'clock position." When getting into the driver's seat of my car, the handle would frequently get caught into the side of the seat, and then sheathed blade would jab into my back. When worn at the left handed position in the "7-8 o'clock position," the sheathed blade would get caught by the side of the seat.I have yet to try to wear it in the front, "10 o'clock position," or "2 o'clock position," but I afraid it would too high profile and scare people.To summarize, the sheath is too flimsy and does not "hug" my belt compared to my vertical phone holster (Gentlestache Leather Cell Phone Holster with Belt Clip, Universal Pouch Large Phone). Or my horizontal phone holster (Topstache Leather Phone Holster with Belt Loop, Magnetic Closure Cell Phone Pouch Card Holder Wallet). Or my ZUNE LOTOO Tactical Survival Knife Fixed Blade Knife with Sheath D2 Steel G10 Handle Outdoor Tactical Knives for Men Camping Hiking Hunting Knife.

Title: Not bad for China
Review: For a Chinese knife sheath that my Mora Classic knife is going into, this is a good sheath. I didn't want to spend as much as the knife on a sheath that is going to get all dinged up in the woods. It's a good fit for the classic Mora with the finger guard. It's not perfect as the knife will fall out when upside down without the snap closed. However, the leather is softer, and is comfortable when in the horizontal carry position. I wish the snap was larger and the star on the belt loop was a bit stronger, but for the money this is a good value.

Review: Yes, you need this. I absolutely love this sheath. It's very great quality. It's soft leather too. It fits both of my Morakniv's perfectly. This is the 4" sheath. The snap is sturdy as well. It's going to be a lot more comfortable to wear and carry than the plastic Morakniv cases. I highly recommend buying it. It was fast delivery to New Brunswick, Canada. It was packaged very professionally too. I can guarantee that I'll be buying a second one at some point for my other Morakniv. I would give it 10/5 stars if that was possible!
