Title: Small Size, Many Features, Great Value
Review: PHASE ONE- So far I have only explored the drum machine and tuner functions of this pedal, will add a phase two section after diving into the looper applications. The pedal itself is considerably smaller than I had expected, fits easily in the palm of the hand. This is a good thing from my perspective. My initial explorations are based on just plugging in and fiddling rather than reading the manual. I grew up on 60's and 70's music, so the bulk of my guitar toys/tools are of the self explanatory nature like a wah-wah pedal or fuzz with 3 easily understood function knobs. This made accessing the tuner a little funny due to the writing on the face of the pedal. There are 3 black buttons surrounding the digital readout and the writing above the center button says "Hold for Tuner". I tried this numerous times with no result until I stumbled on pressing the left & right buttons at the same time. Afterwords I realized that the lines around the text were meant to indicate the outside buttons, NOT the button that it is directly above. This could have been planned out a bit better but once you know, you know. The tuner works just fine and is easy to discern. The drum machine was easier to navigate by feel. I have never felt inspired by the sound of any metronome so for me a drum machine is a better tool to get closer to the feel of playing with real drums, although the difference between the very best drum machines, apps or programs is vastly inferior to playing with a live drummer. That being said, I sampled a variety of different two measures of 4/4 beats. Some are sterile techno drivel others are adequate for practice. When playing at home at midnight it is nice to have a tool that allows for quiet or silent practice using the headphone out.At this price point I think this is a great value. I've done just a bit of dabbling with loopers before using the Ditto and Ditto 2. Some interesting explorations but it never became a regular part of my practice or performance. Maybe this will be the right one for me to dig deeper into it. If you've not played with loopers before, this strikes me as an ideal entry point. It is small, simple and affordable.

Title: Satisfied
Review: It works ok for my purpose. The drum speed button advances the speed back and forth to the same speeds. You have to tap it many times to get it close to the speed you want. The directions are very small and hard to read.

Title: I am impressed!
Review: I used to play in bands when I was younger, but, as time goes on other bandmates move away, they quit playing, or just move on with their lives. So, a little while back, I REALLY got back into playing my guitar after years of not even touching it. Over these past couple years, I had come up with so many ideas and new riffs - but I couldn't get my drummer buddy back into the swing of things. So I figured I would try one of these drum machines, and I am so glad that I did.It is pretty easy to use, although the instruction manual isn't the greatest... At first I put it in out front of my amp with my pedals, but that didn't work at all. Then I tried it in my effects loop, and all of a sudden it was PERFECT.You find a beat that you think might go good with your song, adjust the tempo and volume levels, and then its off to the races.Another thing I really like about this device is that, the beats that are "next to each other" are kind of similar. For example, if beat #3 is just a hi hat just tapping along, beat #4 will be that same hi hat, and then the bass and snare drum come in. When you switch the beats on the fly, it completes the bar it is playing before it transitions over to the next new beat. So you can change it "on the fly" while you are playing, and it sounds seamless. Pretty neat! So, if you are a musician, and you can't find a drummer, this thing is SOOOO much fun to play around with. I am so glad I tried it out. I haven't even used the looper feature yet, but that is not why I got it..The next thing I need to figure out is how to record this into my DAW, but I don't think it should be too hard. Anyway, I HIGHLY recommend this. I'm sure there are ones out that are much more expensive, or maybe they have more beats, or they are programmable, but for me, this was PERFECT to introduce me to these types of machines.

Title: Complicated but very cool pedal drum looper
Review: I really like this pedal. To fully use it you need to spend a lot of time studying the manual and playing around with the settings. It can be used simply for a little looping and a little drum beat, but it has a lot of complex functionality that you can dig into over time. It is an amazing pedal for the price. In fact, if a beginner needs a looper pedal, this is a good one to buy as it has other functions so it is a lot of bang for the buck. You can also use headphones plugged directly into this pedal, which is a nice way to practice. I wish this had a space for a micro memory card, but it does have 11 minutes of built in storage. This pedal sounds great, especially when you consider how much name brand pedals with similar functions cost. This pedal can use USB-C to connect with your computer. The pedal has convenient instructions printed on the back if you accidentally forget a function. I find this pedal easier to use on a table, rather than at my feet as there are lots of adjustments and knobs to fiddle with that are much easier to see and use if it is closer to your face. This pedal is pretty sturdy, so I expect it to last a long time. Overall a great pedal at a nice price. Would make a super gift!
