Title: Great purchase
Review: After buying various tools to make pasta at home, I then purchased this book, initially because it had instructions on the various pasta shapes. I am trying to expand my pasta-making skills beyond what my Kitchen Aid roller or Atlas can provide. This book provides 20 different shapes, 10 different doughs, and over 100 recipes-- definitely a lot more material than what I initially was focusing on. The instructions are very clear and include helpful pictures. Who doesn't want beautiful pictures of the completed product?Matter of fact if a recipe book doesn't have pictures, I will probably pass on adding it to my collection. The recipes are pretty comprehensive and I can't wait to try them all.
