Title: Lots of Vegetarian options
Review: I follow Joy Bauer and receive her newsletters. Her book seem to contain a lot of the recipes that are in her newsletters, and I like that because I love cookbooks as opposed to looking at things on the Internet.The book is colorful and truly joyIf you love joy, then you'll love this cookbook. Also, if you're a vegetarian, you will find a whole vegetarian section. It's a great book and I think that it's a book that I would probably give to anybody who likes healthy eating.

Review: Finally a healthy cookbook with recipes that I haven't seen anywhere else! Creative, thoughtful dishes in a user friendly cookbook that you want front and center in your kitchen right now. Ingredients don't need to be sourced from a specialized market and each dish is as mouthwatering as the beautiful photographs. Title: Healthy food still need to be delicious and not all of the recipes in this book are.
Review: Just ok for me. I like some of the recipes and got a few good ideas. But my overall impression is that Joy is a more a nutritionist than a cook/chef. Some of these dishes just donât taste very good. I donât think itâs necessary to remove most or all fat from recipes to make them healthy, or to use yucky low fat substitute versions of things like cheese. Food still needs to taste good and I found myself adjusting these recipes, both to add ingredients or to use better cooking techniques to layer flavor.
