Review: Good variety of recipes, clear and easy to follow ingredient lists and instructions â the editor should though have interfered in selection of photographs. Do not buy this book if you need "photographic" instruction. The pictures inside the book are near to completely useless; poor quality and b/w only. Only excuse in this context being that the front cover color photo alone makes you crave for your next eggplant dish 🙂
