Title: QUALITY PRODUCT AND QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVIE
Review: I ordered this set for my grandson and it was great!. Easy to put together and worked out of the box. Loads of fun. There was one car that wouldn't work at all despite going over all the troubleshooting suggested. When i contacted customer service via email, they were quick to respond and sent me another car along with some extra parts. This is a great product and a good company.

Title: Only one thing wrong and they made it right
Review: I purchased this slot car race track as an addition to my Disney themed Christmas garden (to represent the Grand Prix Raceway). The track sections go together quite smoothly and the instructions for the layout and trestle assembly are clear. The cars are fast and stay on the track well (I have not yet run the track on batteries so I do not know if the cars run as fast). The guard rail is tricky to get attached correctly but it stays on once completed. I did have one problem with the unit. One of the controllers was dead-on-arrival. I tried it with all four cars and on both tracks with the same results. I contacted the company via the email provided in the instructions. They responded in short order apologizing and requesting the order number and a photograph. I provided the requested information and four days later had the replacement controller (which works fine). In business, stuff does go wrong, it is the good companies who make it right.

Title: Not worth $50
Review: We bought this as a gift for my daughter’s 6th birthday. Her father used to have one of these as a child and he wanted to buy her a gift that he used to love and cherish as a child.We spent all day doing fun activities and luckily chose to open this gift at the end of the day. We assembled it and only got to use it for about 30 minutes before one of the controllers completely stopped working. We assumed that for $50 it would AT BARE MINIMUM last a couple of weeks as we have two babies and as everybody knows, they go through toys fast or forget about them eventually, but to our disappointment it was only 30 minutes. We had to apologize to our baby and promise to buy her something better. Everything looked great before it ultimately stopped working.I’m not one to leave reviews and much less negative reviews, but I wouldn’t buy this again for my kids, we chose to return it and not replace it, and just wanted to put our experience out there in case anybody would like to read about it to make an informed decision before purchasing.

Review: Easy setup plugs into wall or uses batteries, which I love cause I feel like everything takes batteries make it expensive. Pieces snap together easily. My son puts it together himself . Cars run great and have different speeds.

Title: Track Assembly.
Review: Track Assembly of pieces requires much time and effort to complete.I bought the toy for my 6 and 8 year old grandchildren to play and have fun with. We spent as much time trying to keep the track pieces from coming apart as actually being to play with it. Seems to be quite of bit of trouble with getting consistent power to the little cars. They run, they don't run kind of thing.

Review: El mismo día no funcionó el auto rojo, el azul camina muy lento y los otros dos funciona bien. Sería bueno que, aunque no los cambiaran, dieran opciones para comprar más autos, para que siguiera siendo funcional la autopista, ya que a este paso podría quedar inservibles en el corto tiempo.
