Title: Great trimmer. I'm happy.
Review: My first GREENWORKS trimmer that I've used on my 1-1/2 acre lot for many, many years just wore out. It was still working, but the pivoting head wouldn't stay stationary. It works great and you just have to remember to advance the string frequently by stopping and pulling the trigger several times, hearing that click to know it's advancing.The arthritis in my small hands makes it hard to get the cap off the string compartment to add new string because of where the cap release "buttons" are located.

Title: auto advance does not work most of the time
Review: The auto advance feature needs a lot of work to it, as this feature does not work a majority of the time, and I still have to manually advance the trimmer string. This is true with the original prewound factory spools and with my rewound ones. Weight of this unit is a bit heftier than others, guess why the wheel feature. Just light enough harness is not required, but almost would be a nicety. Not one included by the way. Head does rotate easily. Putting it all together was not bad. Overall about average machine, should make it past the warranty time anyway.

Title: Great value
Review: I was worried about buying such an 'economic' weed-wacker.Bit I have had it for a month, and so far, no problems.It's powerful enough to cut tall grass and weeds.It's light enough to carry without a harness.Managing the extension cord is a some bother, but not top bad.Comes with two wheels of string.Good value for the money.

Title: Disappointed
Review: The corded trimmer works fine but the cutting line is terrible. The line gets caught in itself and will not extend out as it is supposed to. You have to keep taking the reel off and untangling the line, which is very time consuming and frustrating. All of the replacement reels ordered are the same way, they are just not wound around the reel properly. Would not purchase or would not recommend purchasing this trimmer. I am going to fight with it for the season because i have purchased so many replacement reels, then dump it and get another trimmer that I have researched for and should be a lot better. I tried the replacement head with the blades on it, but the head busted the first time using it, that was no good either.They need to update or do some more research on their line feed and replacement reels.After many attempts to try to get this trimmer to work it is insanely annoying and i wound up throwing it out and all of the extra line that i purchased for it. DON'T BUY THIS TRIMMER, GET A MUCH BETTER ONE AT HOME DEPOT OR LOWES WITH BETTER CONTROL ON THE LINE, AND STRONGER LINE, THIS LINE THAT COMES WITH IT IS TOO WEAK TO WITHSTAND ANY OBSTACLES THAT YOU HAVE TO CUT AROUND.

Title: Powerful for an electric
Review: Been using this trimmer for 6 months (I been pretty rough on it because I let parts of my propertys vegetation overgrow) & so far so good, does the same as my gas trimmer that gave up, can't go wrong for the price . And the wheel and swivel head are a plus. Once it dies which doesn't seem like it'll be soon. Once it goes out maybe I will give their battery powered trimmers a try (if the power is enough for my needs) if not I wouldn't hesitate to buy this exact model again.

Title: Heavy and awkward
Review: The string trimmer is ergonomically not the same as my standard TroyBuilt, seems the string rotation and string cover is backwards along with the unit weight is about 25% greater.Good points - the spool is easy to replace the string and holds about twice as much string ~ about 15 feet.Not so good points - the unit is heavy, string/protective cover seems reversed and difficult to use around sidewalks.Unit longevity it should be around for a while as Greenworks equipment in the past has been great - 16" battery chainsaw and pressure washer have performed well for my uses.

Title: A beast of a working machine
Review: Wow, I like this weighty, solid, tenacious monster. My yard and its blackberries and ground raspberries were no match for it. I mowed my whole yard with it and struggled because it's pretty heavy, but it did a great if uneven job. Not exactly what it was made for. I never find a cord to be a problem.The one negative is the blasted double-line string gobbler. After using it, I walk around picking up 6-inch pieces of line. I've used it three times and used up three spools of line. I gave up and bought a big supply of line and am now reloading the spools. Why this problem always shows up with double-line trimmers, I don't know.Would I buy it, again? Oh, yeah, because it's the still the best thing I've found, by far. It's not loud and it's as maneuverable as a heavy flat thing at the end of a stick can be.

Review: Used it to cut my overgrown medium sized backyard . Works well for its intended purpose. Lightweight enough and edges really well too! Definitely recommended. However, I had to return my first one because apparently there is a manufacturer's defect which causes the fuse to burn and unit stops working which is what happened to me the first time . Otherwise works like a charm!

Review: I love this thing. It works very well and the auto feed is great. Only issue is that its very unweildy for a smaller woman like me and it's really quite heavy and diffiulct to handle if you're short. Besides that it's great.

Review: Estoy satisfecho con la compra, buena relación costo beneficio, en la primera faena recuperé el 20% de su valor. Muy buen empaque, llegó en el tiempo establecido, fácil de armar y su manejo sencillo, aunque no encontré el ciclo de trabajo en el manual, pero no es ningún problema, solo es cuestión de cortar un poco y descansar el motor para evitar que se caliente mientras se recoge lo que se ha cortado, además es muy liviana en su uso. las recomiendo para uso en el jardín doméstico y seguir las instrucciones.
