Installation Method for Fisoceny Mini Tank Water Heater lcd display water heaterlcd display water heater

Why does the under sink water heater leak during use?

During the installation process, all screws of the hot water outlet, cold water inlet, and pressure relief valve must be tightened. Otherwise, water leakage during the heating may damage your floor or furniture.

What is the size of the water inlet of this 2-2.5 gallon mini tank water heater?

The inlet and outlet of this water heater are 1/2 NPT.Considering the differences in the diameter of water pipes in different regions and occasions,we have included 2pcs famale to female converter pipes in the packaging.

Why does the hot water in the mini water heater flow out slowly?

Firstly, it depends on the water pressure in your area.

Secondly, if the water flow is too fast, it will result in insufficient heating of the water inside the tank, which will not meet your temperature expectations

How to avoid the under sink water heater leak?

1.All valves and nuts must be tightened to the maximum extent possible;

2.The water heater cannot be installed tilted or upside down.

3.Please install a pressure reducing valve on the cold water pipe if the water pressure exceeds 130 PSI

Title: Fits underneath sink works great
Review: Works great. The only thing that I ran into was the pop off safety valve took about ten winds of Teflon tape just like another reviewer wrote. Also I had to use my own Teflon tape because theirs was paper thin. All and all the tank works perfectly fine.

Title: Thankful
Review: Easy to install. The tap water is warm within a second, which gives enough time to adjust but not feel cold. My Raynaud's fingers are ever so grateful for warm water on demand! The only surprise is the constant light under the sink from the LED display. Not a bother for me, and I'm very light sensitive, but good to know. The cabinet door keeps the light contained just fine.

Title: Hopefully will be alright in the long run; but...
Review: Update: From the seller: "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience regarding your order and would like to offer you a full refund for your purchase." Since I was significantly inconvenienced I accepted the full refund and since now the heater cost me nothing, I'm upgrading my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Suits me.============================================I just installed this water heater under my kitchen sink. I have always wanted to have "instant" hot water instead of waiting a long time for heated water to reach my kitchen faucet from my main water heater far away. These are my experiences:Good:- [ ] It is nearly silent both while heating and not heating; in fact I cannot hear it heating. (I was concerned about it being noisy.) I only hear a low click when it reaches the set temperature.- [ ] Heats very fast- [ ] Heat extremely hot---this might be useful if I need a hotter than usual hot setting I use most of the time. I can just turn up the heat temporarily. "30-65C" = 86-149F- [ ] Just fits under my kitchen sink. Not sure any size larger would fit- [ ] No problem running my garbage disposal with this heater on. Both are plugged into the same outlet. (Although I don't know if that would still be true when the dishwasher is running. But I don't use that.)Medium:- [ ] This is not a high end water heater. I would say it is medium.Bad:- [ ] Instructions say *nothing* about the third, middle water connection. (See photo.) Lots of YT videos show the pressure safety valve connected to this middle connector, which *only* makes sense as otherwise water will shoot out of that connection. Instructions specifically say to attached the pressure safety valve to the cold input connection. That makes zero sense! If you look at the photos in the ad, you can see the safety valve correctly fitted onto the 3rd, middle water connector!! Fix your manual!!!- [ ] The illustrations are partly horrible, very confusing and incompleteMinus 1 star for the poor manual- [ ] I had to rewrap the pressure safety valve 4 times and finally with about 10(!) wraps before it would stop leaking. I was going to return this heater if the 4th attempt failed. You could not even see the threads before screwing it in! I used my own pipe tape, as the tape provided was too flimsy and thin. After fighting with the leaking 4 times it finally occurred to me that the pressure safety valve connector is slightly too small to prevent leaks unless a ton of pipe tape is used. Without any pipe tape the valve screws into the fitting on top of the heater all the way and is not tight enough to prevent a leak.- [ ] I'm disappointed in the temperature dial. I was expecting to be able to right away set the temperature I want it to stay at. Instead, the red/"heating" light is on while the water is heating. When the temperature reaches wherever the dial is positioned (you don't know until the temperature reaches there!), then the red/heating light turns off and the green/"insulation" light turns on. You only then finally know what temperature the water is at. I may put numbers around the dial, but I don't know how repeatable that would be.- [ ] I could only use one of the two supplied water hoses. Had to buy another one.- [ ] I could not find any customer support phone numberMaybe this should have been given a 2-star rating, but I'm feeling generous. If this heater lasts a long time I'll be satisfied with it---despite the initial problems.I have read several people connecting their hot water source to the cold input connection. I am trying that, but I'm not sure that makes the best sense because the main house water heater will then always run when this mini-heater is used. The reasoning is that by using the hot water source, if a lot of hot water is being used then that hot water will heat up to the desired set water heater temperature faster. That makes some sense, but I'm not sure I would need that. I'll experiment with it. I'll probably switch to the cold water source later on.YMMV!

Title: Leaks horribly
Review: Package was damaged on corners when received and Styrofoam inside was broke but product appeared okay so I decided to install. When I turned the water on, everything appeared normal until the water heater was filled with water then the unit began leaking internally from all piping outlets. I repeatedly shut the water off and reperformed hookup multiple times only to have the same results. I just finished installing all new cabinets only to have the sink cabinet flooded with multiple cleanups. Returning because product can't be used. I've invested too much to risk water damage from a junk product.

Title: Heater works, but accessories are junk.
Review: We installed this water heater under our kitchen sink to eliminate a LONG delay in getting hot water. It heats the 2.5 gallons of water quickly -- in just a couple minutes. The digital temperature display is accurate, and provides valuable information for adjusting the temperature.ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE, both connecting hoses supplied with the heater were DEFECTIVE in manufacture. One had NO threads on the 1/2" fitting (photo), while the other leaked where the hose is crimped to the 3/8" fitting. It took several hours and a lot of water mop-up to locate the leak, and cost $20 to buy two good hoses at Ace.ALSO of dubious quality is the plumber's tape supplied with the kit. It's thinner and narrower than standard plumber's tape, so requires more than twice as many wraps as usual. So far, the water heater itself appears to be functioning normally. Accessories are junk, but the heater seems fine.

Title: Really helped with long wait for hot water
Review: Installed in kitchen under sink. Attached cold water inlet to existing hot water line. Tap uses under-counter heater water for instant hot water. Eventually, under-counter tank fills from hot water line, reducing time the under-counter heater has to run. Been great.

Title: I got this for my wet bar
Review: i absolutely hate that i have to walk 15 feet to my kitchen to get fresh water to make my coffee in the morning. lol and i also hate that i have to mix in my fancy expensive flute glasses with my regular day to day stuff come wash time. This may seem like its not a big deal, but to me, if you do not have a sink at your wet bar, it defents the purpose of having a wet bar because you still have to run back and forth to the kitchen to make the wet bar function. So I got this hot water heater. It does great for what i need it too, the water get hot in about 15-30 seconds and its enough water for me to fill up a pot of coffee and wash 5-6 wine glasses or cheese plates. it works perfect and completes my wet bar! thank you
