Title: WOW this lawn mower has A LOT of power & the battery last!
Review: I have to say I am converting to EGO from another battery powered lawnmower (GreenWorks) and I was a little disappointed with the battery and wasn’t sure if I would get another battery powered lawnmower. So I did my homework with who is the best at battery powered lawnmowers and it CLEARLY is Ego! This lawnmower is perfect in every way from the way it cuts, to the easy adjustments for a person height, to the ease of starting it up, the options for bagging, mulching and the side discharge and of course THE BATTERY last all cut long! I have never experienced one battery last for my entire lawn like EGOs battery! I am even able to weed eat with the battery first with an Ego string trimmer on a single charge! This lawnmower is well made and will last many years and the blades are super sharp! This is a must buy if you’re in the market for a battery powered lawnmower!

Title: Strong, quiet mower
Review: Love this thing. It works much better than my Toro gas-powered mower did, and without the starting headaches. A minor complaint I have is that the position of buttons that engage the powered drive means it is a bit too easy for the mower to start pulling away by accident (though you can solve for this by turning the powered drive off or down). The mower can be a bit power hungry when dealing with taller grass, so my biggest gripe is not with the mower but with how expensive EGO batteries are. That said, I do have an EGO trimmer, edger, and blower so the value proposition of having more batteries & chargers is a good one if you buy into the product line.

Title: A Step Up for Lawn Care
Review: This is a popular, known brand and a new item for me. SO five stars out of the gate but we will have to see over time if it holds up. It does seem to be thoughtfully designed and well made. It was simple to open the box with minimal assembly etc. All good to date.

Title: A good replacement for an old gas mower.
Review: After 14 years, my trust old Honda mower finally retired. Since it is 2022, I decided to get with the times and go green. After some research on Consumers Reports, I opted for this EGO model mower. Since I already own an EGO snow blower, I figured it makes sense to stay with the EGO product line since the batteries are all interchangeable. My yard is about 1/3 of an acre. with a slope of about 6 degrees. Plenty of rain means that I mow at least once per week during peak season and sometimes twice per week in the middle of Spring. I only ever mulch the grass clippings, so I keep the mower in the mulching configuration.Bottom Line On Top - This is a legit lawn mower and certainly a worthy replacement for my old Honda Gas Mower.Pros:1) Very light. Very maneuverable. Honestly, don't need to use the self-propelled function half as much as my old Honda - which was nearly twice as heavy.2) I am super allergic to grass and tree pollen. This mower makes less mess (i.e., I don't feel like I am walking behind a blizzard of grass clippings).3) It is very quiet so no ear protection is necessary. I can even listen to music when I mow the grass now.4) Cut is sharp and clean. Very comparable to a gas mower if not better. Slices through more dense growth and reduces the clippings to a nice fine discharge. Not much clumping. Seems to produce a very good vacuum for excellent mulching. Very even with no loss of blade speed or torque. This was probably my biggest concern and the EGO certainly didn't let me down.5) Compact and easy to store. I like the idea that this can fold and store easily.6) Easy to clean after mowing is complete.Cons:1) Battery life. As with my EGO snow blower, I am not sure whose yard they measured 60 minutes of mowing time with. Admittedly, my EGO mower is set up with the mulching blade configuration and I use the 7.5 mV batteries that came with my snowblower. The 10 mV battery is unavailable at this time and since I have two 7.5 mV from my snowblower, I figured that I will use them instead. Let me just say that it is a good thing that I have two batteries to use, as this EGO mower drains 1.5 batteries every time I mow. Even if I had a 10 mV battery, I suspect that I'd still have to tap into a second battery to complete my yard which is only about 1/3 an acre 4,200 sqft in size. So battery life is a bit disappointing.2) Self-propelled feature is a bit slow and quirky. First, this mower is super light, so I engage the self-propelled feature, only when going uphill. Maybe I walk or mow quickly, but this EGO mower seems a bit slow and its max speed is only 3.1 MPH - which is slower than a Honda mower. Secondly, the self-propel function has a bit of a time lag when you press and release the button. Takes a second too long to kick in and then takes a second too long to stop (i.e., when you move in reverse or around an object). Not a deal-breaker, but it is a noticeable design quirk.3) Not sure who said this is a 21-inch cut. The blade is not 21-inches long, so the front wheels DO NOT indicate where the tangents of the cutting circle are located. Meaning, that I did have to get used to lining up my mowing passes differently. The front wheels can't be used as my guide. Mildly annoying.Overall - this is a solid self-propelled mower that delivers a similar performance to my old Honda mower. The EGO takes a bit of getting used to, but I think the pros outweigh the cons. It is a good value and I would buy it again.

Title: Powerfull like gas!
Review: Easy to adjust height - One lever adjusts all four wheels at same time! Light weight and folds up takes a very small footprint in our garage wall. I highly recommend that you have a minimum of two 5 amp batteries if you have hills and over 1/3 acre.

Review: The best is the wireless freedom of battery power, helpful self propel in deep grass and uphills. Only missing a turbo mode.

Review: I love this battery-operated lawn mower! For years I had used an electric mower with the cord and always had to be mindful of the plugged cord and the limited distance from the outlet. Now longer! This EGO mower is powerful and cuts grass beautifully.I use 7.5 h battery, which takes a bit longer to charge than 2.5 I use with the grass and the hedge trimmer, but is worth the extra money.Love the product and would recommend it to a friend.

Review: Open the lawn mower from the box. Find that one of the protective plastic tubes is broken. Contacted EGO support and at first it was told that the part would be sent to me and instructions on how to replace the part would be provided. Later received an email asking for the shipping address. I sent detailed information. Received back an email saying that my email would not be accepted because the case was closed. Seriously case closed before completion? The next day called to clarify the situation. We updated the shipping address, but it was told to me that EGO does not have a part in the warehouse and it is not known when they receive it. And a new case was closed. Also, I was told that I could order this part by myself and they would not compensate me! This mower is under warranty! Unfortunately can't return it because Amazon policy of one month, and i opened it after 2 months(no need it in winter)

Customers say

Customers like the power, cut quality, and ease of use of the lawn mower. They mention it works well, gets the job done better than any mower they've ever had, and the controls are easy to understand. Some also appreciate the noise level. However, some customers have different opinions on the battery life, value for money, and build quality.
