Must it be hooked up to a faucet or can it be used with lake water?

It can be connected to a faucet, or it can draw water directly from any fixed water source (such as a bucket or swimming pool). It has a great self-priming function and very convenient to use.

Is this powered by a cord and electric outlet or is it battery powered?

It is powered by a 35 Ft cord and a 120 volt standard electrical outlet, regular household current.

Can I attach my own 1/4 inch foam cannon?

Yes if you have 1/4” quick coupler on it

Cant release the Preasure hose from the gun won’t come off or release water to the pump, how do i fix this？

Sounds like there was too much water pressure on it.

Pull the trigger on the gun and or turn off the machine while the trigger is pulled. You also might want to put some lube into that connection before reconnecting it

Review: I wasn't sure how well this electric pressure washer would perform but it did a surprising good job. I used the washer with the 12" washer head on my patio. The patio is composed of porous pavers. It removed the staining very quickly. Over all, I am very satisfied.

Review: Don't believe the power ratings. Most of these don't even have a brand. If you want to wash your wheel wells fine.If you want to make years old neglected aggregate driveways look brand new get a gas one with a recognized brand with more than 3000 PSI. The best pressure washers use Honda or Subaru motors.I bought this but recalled the claimed PSI is fraudulent. I didn't even open the box and returned it in a week. Amazon reps and supervisors were incredibly rude. Typically nice but Amazon no longer cares.So Amazon had both my money and the unopened machine. Instead of the few days as I have purchased from Amazon at least 20 years they said it would take them a month, maybe more to refund my money. I sent a message to Jeff Bezos executive team and got the same response. One excuse was "they had to find it" so they have scanned it in and immediately lost it? I think this is fraud and somehow a punitive tactic. Of course they make millions on the float, This is your money they just keep and earn interest over a falsely long time period. Their own tracker said by the 1st but they kept with their arbitrary month or more, no date they might be so kind as to give you your own money back.I ended up getting my refund a few days later but no apologies for the nasty treatment of multiple reps.I could have had my money back in my account in 5 minutes but wanted to see how increasingly poorly I was treated.When you find out this has such low pressure you can expect it to be a miserable experience trying to get your money back. Report it to you bank as fraud and you will have your money back in 5 minutes.Amazon should not falsely advertise the pressure amount on their electric pressure washers.Buy a gas pressure washer and you can adjust thing to be easy on certain item and also have full power for concrete. You are also not tethered by an electrical cord.It's cheap for a reason.When you find this out and try to return it expect to be subjected by the same rude unethical treatment.

Title: Big Bang for the Buck
Review: Can't beat that with a stick as they say up my way. A $hundred-dollar power washer that works like one costing three times that. I spent that much on chemicals a year and even using a high-end clear sealer, this six-year-old pressure treated still turned gray and weathered with yearly applications (I've never power washed this decking). It is powerful (it claims 4000 psi) as evidenced by the digital and was much quieter than I expected for such an inexpensive power washer. Everything was everything right out of the box. I highly recommend it with the only drawback being no trigger on lock and having to keep a solid squeeze on the large trigger during operation. ****1/2

Title: Newbie to pressure washers
Review: Nice pressure washer ! First purchase of one in the household. Easy to setup and connect, fun to play with. Haven't washed a car yet but played either the nozzles and some of the garage walk way. Overall nice machine. GPM good rating. Psi good rating. Only downside is the connection hose isn't for the universal connections. Can't install a shorty washer gun. But hey rookie mistake. Still a gold purchase.

Title: Not as powerful as advertised
Review: This unit is good for rinsing off a car or patio table, things like that. I would argue it's nowhere near the 3000psi advertised. Feels to be about half that from my experience with pressure washers. Nonetheless, it's light weight, affordable, and is capable of doing some simple light duty tasks. Also noteworthy... there seemed to be a break-in period of 5 minutes or so where the pressure fluxuated a bit. That went away after 5 min or so. New bushings, seals etch probably needed to be worked a bit.
