Title: Very close shave
Review: Great machine that punches above its weight! I originally bought it as a travel electric razor and companion to the Arc 5, but I think I actually prefer using this model. It provides a closer shave than the 5 and is easier to maneuver around the jawline, above the lips, etc. The compact form factor and the USB-C charging port are also extremely convenient. Highly recommend.

Title: powerful, closer shave than the Philips one blade, no trimmer !
Review: I like this Panasonic Arc Go shaver.made it as my traveling shaver, basically because it's my only one charged with USB-C.i had hopes it will be my daily shaver, but it lacks a trimmer and the foil & head feels fragile. 👆 bare in mind, every review is subjected to the reviewer types of hair, thickness, density & age (skin) and doesn't necessary reflect on the performance you'll experience.pros:◾ closer shave than its rival, one blade◾ powerful than its rival, one blade◾ finally a good cleaning brush on a lower end model. (Philips brushes are junk even on the premium models).◾ long life span of the blades. According to the Arc3 heads, it should last 12-24 months.◾ Charged with USB-C◾ Can stand on it's thin base, which is cool. I don't know of any razor that can.cons:◾ performs miserably on my neck, thin hair with low density, as most do. need lots of passes ~20, with my old Philips 9190 (Philips top model 15y ago with 3 rotating blades) it takes 10 and I never changed the blades. 👆 this is subjected to your types of hair, thickness, density & age (skin).◾ foil & head feels cheaply made.◾ expensive replacement heads. cost triple than its rival, one blade ! ARC3 head cost ~30-40$ and lasts 12-24 months.◾ only for face shaving, I see on other reviews that some like it for legs. Although it can't be used for other tight & small areas such as eyebrows, ears, etc. like the rival one-blade can.◾ No brand name, just a model number. Panasonic, the fact that the name OneBlade is occupied doesn't mean you can't come up with a cool name for this model. how about Arc Go. There you go, branding for free.the head will brake fast on daily / weekly use cleaning. replacement heads are very expensive.it's. a bit more powerful & quiet than the Philips one-blade.You get a closer shave than the one-blade, but not as close as the lowest 3 heads model of major brands.Overall, the one blade is still superior than this shaver and a better choice.it's good for traveling, not suitable for daily / weekly use.I still prefer the one-blade for daily use.if it only had a trimmer and better build quality on the foil & head (which feels very cheaply made, once you take it apart for cleaning),but then, no-one will ever buy the Panasonic Arc expensive shavers.Although, i did adopt the cleaning brush for cleaning my other shavers (Philips, which supplies very poor brushes)finally what will dictate this product life is the replacement heads price and the life span of each one.According to the Arc3 heads it should last a year - 2 year on daily use 300-700 uses. I doubt that.BTW, the one-blade lasts ~100 uses, if it doesn't falls apart before.

Title: I like this a lot. Excellent razor
Review: This works great. Close shave. Easy to use. You may like all razors need to run it over your facial areas several times, but I was surprised by how well it worked. Has a very comfortable handle as well, and feels like a facial massage while shaving.

Title: Can't get a clean shave because the motor is slow and not powerful.
Review: I got this razor to replace my 10+ years Panasonic ES8103. They have identical blades and foils. I expect them to perform the same. However, I can't get a clean shave with the new one. I found out the new one actually runs slower than the old ES8103. I use Audacity to measure the pitch of these two razors. The new one is 138 Hz whereas the old ES8103 is 222 Hz. The ES8103 motor is 60% faster! No wonder I can't get a clean shave. Other than that, I like the new design - more compact and USB-C charging. I may keep the new one for travel. No need to bring another dedicated charger.

Title: Affordable and it works
Review: I like that it’s rechargeable and compact. Bought for a trip that was cancelled last minute. Used it once but I like it a lot. I haven’t tried it in the shower yet.

Title: Form over function (not in a bad way)
Review: Let me preface this by saying I am an architect, so I appreciate good product design. I have been using Panasonic shavers for the last 20+ years and I use the "wet shaving method." Each shaver typically lasts about 5-7 years. Usually, the LCD screens start to glitch out after about 3-4 years, and ultimately, the battery fails to charge. I believe moisture eventually gets into the battery through the two-prong charging area. But I still think Panasonic shavers are good investment, that's why I bought this one when my previous shaver broke a week ago. After a week of use, here are my thoughts: This shaver has retained some old designs and infused it with some new twists.SAME:The inner blades are the same as those they've been using for decades; you can still shave dry or wet.NEW:No pivoting head. This is a slight con. It doesn't give you as close of skin contact without the pivoting head. I didn't realize how much I relied on that function until it was gone. Most Panasonic shavers have a left-right symmetrical outer foil, which clips on both sides. This one has an asymmetrical design; you must clip into one end first, then the other. This is probably my least favorite part. Since I shave wet, I wash the shaver head every day. Now I feel like I have to be a little more careful while doing this mundane operation—not my preference when I am still trying to wake up or am in a hurry in the morning. It has a clean but not necessarily ergonomic design. Without all the curvature, it can feel slightly awkward to hold at some angles. But I really love how small and modern the design is. This is a big selling point for me.It changed from a mechanical locking button to a long-press-to-lock design, which I like.It ditched the old proprietary two-prong charger for a USB-C plus a silicone flap. This means one less charger to carry on long trips. USB-C is also easier to plug and unplug than Panasonic's two-prong charger. I hope this will help with the longevity of the shaver. All in all, I like this shaver enough to keep it. If you really appreciate a close shave, easy operation, and don't care about the appearance of the shaver as much, look elsewhere. If you value form as much as function, this one may be a good match for you.
