Review: Durable, easy to use, doesn’t take much space. It’s not foldable. But it’s light enough to move around. The back is adjustable and it lays flat. Unfortunately no decline but it’s a great bench.

Title: Nice bench for beginners and for small space
Review: The bench is solid enough, when you first put it together (only 3 parts) it may feel unstable but as soon as you put your weight to it the structure get to final position and stays rigid even after you take the weight away.May not fit tall people over 180 cm if you need head rest too. You can adjust it to many positions, fold easily with 2 safety pin, the fake leather is nice, and the stitching is very good, padding good for it's price and definitely won't be an issue.Nice touch is the place for hooks if you are using bands.

Title: This fits my needs very well.
Review: The bench was easy to assemble and has a very sturdy feel. I'd been thinking about getting a weight bench for some time. I recently had a shoulder replacement surgery. With the exercises I am assigned to do at home this bench is just right. Another thing that sold me on this bench was the exceptionally good value for the price. I would recommend this one to anyone that wants a good solid bench at a great price.

Title: Better than nothing, but stability is a problem
Review: Good:- If you don't have a bench, this one is light and flexible. It allows you to do bench exercises and the price is good. (what entry level folks need)Issues:- The pad shape is very basic and not conducive to some exercises, especially for people with slight frames.- The base/frame is extremely light with minimal ground contact so stability is very poor. If you want to use your bench for simple exercises like step-ups, you will probably want to place plates or dumbbells on the feet of the base to add stability and reduce wobbling, though the light construction at the hinge will still wobble some.- The light weight construction and poor stability means you will outgrow this bench very quickly.

Title: Great for the price
Review: I’m pleasantly surprised by this bench. It’s very sturdy. It was extremely easy to put together. The fabric underneath came ripped and is cheap but has nothing to do with the bench. I am using it for step ups as well and wasn’t sure if I would go flying off of it but it works great.
