Review: I buy a lot of coffee products. This was to replace my really large Jurra coffee maker. Much smaller on the countertop. THe milk works great. Lost of pre set drinks and easy to customize.

Review: Very disappointed for a $2000.00 that made mostly out of cheap plastic.. should have settle for the Breville Touch… at least it made out of metal. Think I’ll return it.

Title: Missing parts, poor support. Not ready for prime-time.
Review: I really wanted to like this machine, especially given all the other positive reviews. On arrival, the milk feeding tube adapter was missing. Called Bosch and they promised to research it and call me back when they found one, but never called back. Also, even on the "maximum" beverage temperature setting, drinks were never hot--even just hot water or espresso without milk. The app is terrible, and doesn't work with Alexa as promised. Alexa can turn the machine on or off but ignores all other "supported" commands. Email to support for the app went unanswered.

Title: It's OK, why this machine has WiFi is beyond me.
Review: It looks very cool and makes excellent coffee, cappuccino, macchiato, frothed milk, etc., although it needs to be hotter. I have to put it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. It first flushes the machine and then makes you a beverage, so doing it over WiFi is ridiculous. Other than that, I'm happy.
