Title: Wonderful machine
Review: We have had this for over a year now, and I still love it. All functions work well. The only issue that we ever had was that it didn't properly puncture a couple pods. Cleaned it and reseated everything and worked fine after that. It is big, so it's important to measure your space. Looks good and makes good coffee.

Review: Beautiful coffee maker!The expresso part was easy and tasted good. The frother/steamer took FOREVER to start steaming but once started, it worked well.The K-cup was horrible. It leaked water and was a very very very slow stream. I troubleshooted and it worked "OK" for a couple cups. I kept a dry rag whenever I opened it to wipe up access water as it was always wet enough to drip down the side of the coffee maker.I did everything I could to fix it as it was a beautiful addition to my kitchen however it never did work well.It went back today (wherever substandard coffee makers go to die) and thank goodness I kept my old Keurig. My cup of coffee was sooooo good this morning! Fast, easy and NO MESS!DO NOT BUY Cuisinart Coffee Maker Barista

Title: coffee maker
Review: Received the wrong one to begin with. It was late Saturday evening when delivered and after opening and following the check list the unit did not work. Called Tech support for Cuisinart. Super nice young man answered, and we did all we could to get the dead up and going, However it simply would not operate. He was kind enough to insure i received a replacement within 3 days. Super guy. I appreciate his real Customer care.

Title: Great Coffee station
Review: I love loveee this coffee /barista station.. everything about it.Debated between this and the Ninja ( similar price and reviews) and went ahead and order the Cuisinart.. I'm a big fan.Has to return because it was too big for my bar counter area.. not enough space between the bottom of the cabinet and top of the machine , thus unable to use it without having to move it forward everyday.Other than that, a complete coffee machine which I hate I had to return.Value for money, functionality and easy on the eyes!

Title: I'm a coffee snob and I admit it -- Buy This!
Review: I can't tell you how many coffee makers I've had over time looking to brew the best cup of strong coffee (Starbucks is my benchmark). Normally I'll find 2 out of the 3 things I'm looking for in a coffee maker, but this new Cuisinart 4 in 1 checks all my boxes. I like the fact that I can brew an expresso, or a travel mug with a K cup, hot water for tea or a full pot of rich strong coffee. The ONLY downside is when taking the K cups or Expresso pods out of the coffee maker, they tend to leak. I'd most definitely work on that. This Cuisinart does it all and with the quality expected from Cuisinart. This one gets two thumbs up from me. If you are a coffee snob like me, it's worth the price of admission.

Title: Makes delicious coffee
Review: Great coffee maker, coffee tastes delicious. Love that I can make a single cup or carafe, and making espresso or cappuccino is a bonus that I am enjoying! The steamer wand takes some practice for me, but I will really enjoy it this winter more for dispensing hot water for cocoa or tea. Nice to have all the options! Takes up much less counter space than 2 separate machines, really great having everything contained in one appliance. Very pleased with this purchase.

Title: Design Issues! An almost perfect machine derailed by simple design problems.
Review: First the good - the machine is really beautiful and sleek. The frother works great, and I loved that you can brew a carafe or a single cup. The Brew Pause is awesome and we liked that you can set it for a bolder flavor. We also liked that you can use espresso capsules in the Single Serve brewer.Now for the negatives - first, the water reservoir for the single serve cups, is in the back of the machine. This means that you have to pull the whole machine toward you and turn it to get the reservoir on and off the machine. Second, as many other reviews have mentioned, there is a slight learning curve to using the machine. It could be designed to be so much more intuitive to use. Third, the light on the display that is supposed flash to let you know it is brewing, is too light!!! In a brightly lit kitchen it is very difficult to see the BREW light flashing. Fourth, for an almost $300 machine, we were disappointed that Cuisinart could not include the reusable Filter Cup to brew your own coffee for single-serve = you have to buy it on your own. Fifth (and for us, the dealbreaker) - the machine beeps (loudly) 5 times when it is done brewing a carafe. Cuisinart did not include the option to silence or even lower the beep sound, so it wakes up the sleeping members of the house! This was especially frustrating because the basic Cusinart carafe coffee machine which we were trying to replace, does have the TONE button to allow the beeps to be silenced.We have had a Cuisinart coffee maker for years and love the customer service. We were trying to upgrade our coffee game with this machine but the beeping was too annoying to deal with.

Review: We were Ninja users for the past few years, and I went through lemon after lemon with them. So when the 3rd one in a year decided to kick it, I decided to research to find out what I should replace it with. I wanted something that does a pot of coffee, and lattes and doesn't break within 6 months. We haven't had it 6 months yet, but I'm writing a review anyway because it is so much better than the Ninja, it isn't even comparable. The BOLD feature for brewing coffee makes the best pot of coffee I have ever made at home. People are complimenting the coffee and wondering what we are doing to make it so good. We use pre-ground Starbucks and filtered water: nothing special, but the results with the BOLD feature are fresh and tasty. It took some time to learn how to use it, but I love my machine! Hopefully, it will last for years!
