Title: Beautiful, high quality, a little loud
Review: I love the look of this machine and the richness of the espresso! I still have some learning to do with it. For example, the pressure dial is either broken or I don’t know how to set it. I haven’t looked into it yet.Also, the porta filter is finicky in that in needs to be filled with the perfect amount of grounds to smoothly go into the group head.But truly, these are all overcome-able issues that will be very much worth it as long as the machine can withstand a lot of usage during bulk events over a course of time.

Title: Makes an Excellent Latte
Review: It works great. The only thing I find in using it is the steamer function, it is a tight fit to get the milk pitcher in and out. That is with the steamer wand rotating. Overall it is a very good machine.

Title: Pressure broken
Review: Unfortunately the machine I ordered arrived with the pressure not working. Everything seemed great otherwise. It seemed well made and the accessories were heavy and seemed sturdy. I ran water and espresso through it following the directions but the pressure never kicked in to work correctly. There is probably an easy fix but for something expensive and new I just purchased, I was not willing to have to take it apart and try to fix it myself. I returned it.

Title: Nice Machine
Review: I got this as an upgrade from a Nespresso machine, and quite glad I did. The Nespresso was loud, slow, couldn't easily produce hot water, and forced you into using their expensive Pods. This machine solved all those problems while making a much shot of espresso. I made a perfect shot my first attempt with no prior experience, so its easy enough to use. Will continue to get better and better too

A simple press of two buttons starts a self-cleaning mode, making cleaning the machine super esy. While the machine works great, there is a minor flaw with the plastic attachment for catching the grounds. It doesn't fit as securely as I’d like, which can make the grinding process feel a little less smooth. However, this isn't such a big deal and doesn't impact the overall quality of the product.
