Title: Love
Review: We LOVE this product!! It does its job perfectly. Doesn’t take too long to heat up, and make beautiful shots of espresso! Only things I don’t necessarily like about this product, is that it takes forever to clean and the steam wand is a bit loud, even worse when you try to steam with syrups in the milk. Would definitely recommend getting yourself one!!

Title: Authentic espresso taste and great customer experience!
Review: Bought this to replace my Breville espresso machine. It looks really cute and is in reasonable price range. Didn’t keep my hopes high because the previous piece I had but I have to tell you the espresso is authentic and strong. And customer service is great too! Lost my cup filter in moving and contacted seller. They sent me the replacement. Although the one I got is not the right one for the model I have and will have to reach out to them again, but their willingness to help & prompt responses are very much appreciated!

Title: LOVE IT!
Review: I purchased this just in time for it to arrive for Mother's Day and I couldn't have been happier.I did a lot of research about these machines. In truth, I'm sure that there are better ones out there. However, this one fit my needs, budget and asthetic wants perfectly. It comes with more gadgets and gizmos than I thought I could ever need. It was a total blast to learn everything about how to use them. I never use the single serve portion, but it works great to hold the tamper when it is not in use.It has the strongest bar pressure and came with the burr grinder with all of the grind great adjustments. Everything from fine espresso to french press to drip. Like all burr grinders, you occasionally have to tap the side to get the beans to fall into the grinder, but that is not a deal breaker for me. The beans that I use are pretty dark and oily and I haven't had that cause any issues with the grinder.It took me a little bit to learn how to make a great espresso. If you're a current or former barista, this will be a walk in the park. If you're like me and new to the barista side of the coffee window, it may take a couple of minutes to find your perfect cup. Enjoy experimenting with mochas, lattes, and anything you dare.I highly recommend purchasing this. You won't regret it!

Review: Great combo. Pleased with grinder and espresso machine. Draws a good espresso with quality crema. Unit looks good. The instruction booklet is clearly written but hyphenation is weird throughout , e.g. “bo-ok”. Should’ve just not hyphenated anything :). Customer service was outstanding — answered quickly each time I reached out, and resolved my concern promptly.

Title: Lasted less than 2 months
Review: Lasted long enough for the return time frame to run out. Both the grinder and espresso machine broke within 2 days of each other. Now I'm $250 out, can't replace and must buy a new one. Don't buy this product, spend more for quality!

Title: Great value and aesthetically pleasing
Review: Value is off the charts! It is easy to use and fast and making my many shots of espresso. It is a bit noisy, but that is for a short stint of time. It is somewhat cumbersome to clean, but overall a wonderful addition to our home. It is also sooooo cute!
