Title: Something for everyone
Review: This kit is great. Everything is well made and solid. Different selections for different methods of training your grip. Very worth it for the price, very good introduction to grip training. This is just a passive trainer, don’t expect to get blown up forearms just from doing this, you must deliberately train your forearms to attain true gains!! This is a great tool to keep your forearms engaged in your off time.

Review: this product is good overall but it does fall apart easily and the plastic starts flaking off. I wanted to return it but they have a restocking fee or no refund policy so I just might as well keep it at this point.For other options maybe that hard plastic instead of rubberized grips that won’t fall apart.other than that it does work your hands out and doesn’t prove overall strength
